Fantastic 4 bedroom motel apartment”

This was a hidden gem. We did not expect to have such a nice apartment and so much space. Dunedin is a lovely city and the motel is located in close proximity to several restaurants and the city center.

The location is great where it is really close to the city centre and it just few minutes walk to the train station, shopping centre and supermarkets. The services and things provided in the apartment is fully equipped. I'll recommend anyone that want to spend a night in Dunedin must stay at this apartment.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient”

This motel has a nice location. It's around 5 minutes walking from the bus stop or the central city. So, it's very convenient if you go by bus or with big baggages. But, it would be a problem that there's no lift in this motel. The staff is really helpful. It's a nice experience to live here.

We were very happy with this motel and can only think of one thing that irked a bit although not enough to complain. The bathroom was very cramped indeed - so hard to get in and out of the shower. I guess it would be hard to change. The rest of the place was very comfortable, great bed, so clean, good parking so would stay again.

Hotel was clean and kitchen with oven was a plus. Bedroom was a tight squeeze and single bed in lounge was ok. Location was close to town but noisy as on a main road. Complimentary breakfast on first night was a bonus. Parking and wifi were free

Overpriced 4 bedroom apt”

It was a 4 bedrooms apt with terrace outside. Generally quite clean, well-equipped kitchen, nice staff and spacious living rooms so it would be good value for more than 6 guests however was too pricy if only 6 guests or less staying there. Besides, some of the heaters on the wall were not working properly and the windows were not sound-proof so we could hear the noises from neighbors. Lastly, the curtains in one bedroom where my husband was sleeping were not double layers but just one thin cloth that the sunlights woke up him in the early morning. In a word,it needs renovations.

We enjoyed our time at Farrys. The office staff were very helpful and approachable.

Average”

At first it seemed really good value for money but the chairs were very dirty, the complimentary breakfast was only delivered for one of the 3 days, the news paper was delivered for only 2 of the 3 days, the tv system was poor and there is no air conditioning. The worst thing of all and real deal breaker was the extremely un reliable shower temperature.

除了没有电梯，总体都不错。我们定了双床的房子，有一张床就在厅那里，有点不美观，但房子设施齐全，什么都有。

솔직히 실망했어요 생가보다 전체적으로 규모가 좀 작았고... 특히 주변이 너무 시끄러웠어요 잠한숨도 못잤습니다 위생상태는 깨끗하고 다른건 괜찮지만.. 좀 실망했네요..
