NOISY, IMPRACTICAL & SMALL”
Possibly one of the worst nights I've spent in London EVER! The room is pretty, petite and cosy for the viewing and the bed is comfortable but that's it. The street facing rooms are only single glazed so it's extremely noisy and all the front & room doors slam extremely loudly and the whole building shakes.... I couldn't get in a good night's sleep at all. Since it's summer, I had to open the window as it's super stuffy and there's no air conditioning available, which means you get all the noise from the main road. They have a bath tub in the middle of the room, which is only pretty to look at but absolutely impractical! No shower curtains in a petite room means all the luggage, bed and floor gets wet! The concierge is 24hrs and super friendly but not really helping. I told them about my problems and they asked me to downgrade my room! If not, nothing they can do, basically saying 'it is what it is, take it or leave it' attitude! RIDICULOUS! When I left, I had 3 heavy luggages and it was raining heavily outside... none of the staff offered to help, they just looked on by.

Lift is required”
Overall review is excellent. For facility wise, it can be improved if there is any lift/elevator available. Our room was located at the top floor and we had to climb 4.5 floors every day for a few times. It was a tiring and inconvenient process, when we had elderly parents. Our luggages had to be carried with the assistance of hotel staffs

Definitely worth the money!!”
We stayed two nights at the Georgian House Hotel and were more than happy to have spent that money. When arriving quite early we could easily leave our luggage. When we came back after a long day in town to check in, suitcases were already brought to our room which was very clean, welcoming and the bed was.... a dream!!!! Never slept better. All staff members were superfriendly. Breakfast was very delicious. We didn't want to upgrade to full English breakfast but what we saw coming out of the kitchen looked tasty and fresh. Yes, we really enjoyed our stay. And for those who care: they're gayfriendly ;)

Learn a lesson for different kinds of breakfast”
Location is not bad just 10mins walk from station. Room also ok but just need to walk for 3floors (no evaluator). No services for taking baggages on it. The worse thing was I stayed 3nites with breakfast included (which ordered by Agoda). However, when I checked out, I have to pay some additional charges for my breakfast as they said something like "continental breakfast" has not been included. I visited many places in UK and Italy etc.... I havent encountered this issue. Also, no staff has been informed in advance. It seems I have been cheated. I don't know why this hotel award 5stars. I guess 3stars is the max.

It was ok”
A nice enough hotel, good location. Room was thoughtfully decorated. Unfortunately it had not been cleaned very well and I found the previous occupants socks on the shelf under the desk. My radiator was stuck on full and room was like a sauna (whole hotel was very hot in general) - ended up sleeping with the window open but having to listen to all the outside noise. Room was on the top floor, no lifts. Had to carry luggage up and down. Luckily I had a fairly small bag but would have been very difficult otherwise (was offered help on check-in but in a way that made it clear the person really did not want to be taken up on it!)

Not bad, could be better”
Lovely hotel, fabulous staff. Two points, no bar which is being rectified. 7.30 start for breakfast even continental means no breakfast in the business world. Had to leave without, having even continental available earlier would have been appreciated

Recommend!”
My wife and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon for 3 nights. The room was average or above average for what I'd imagine a London room to be. It was all updated and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was delicious. My two suggestions would be to have a solid bathroom door (our's was beautiful, but not practical as it had a honeycomb pattern so you can see and hear everything that happened in there). The wifi worked for doing simple tasks, but would instantly drop whenever I tried to submit a form or something similar and was not very fast in general. The location is very close to the Victoria Coach bus station and within walking distance of all the sites. We walked as far as the Beefeater Distillery to London Tower to Kensington Palace.

Loud but otherwise good ”
The walls are extremely thin. I could hear everything going on next door and the traffic was a constant loud drone. The room became a little stuffy but there was no aircon and opening the window made the traffic worse. Sleep the first night was difficult. The room was small (as usual for the UK) but well set up, clean, and comfortable. The staff were pleasant. Short walk to Victoria underground, train and coach station.
