Amazing place!!”
We loved our stay at Geralds Gift House!! We were greeted by the owner and her adorable dogs and everyone was so personable. The property was also stunning and in a great location close to Addo. Highly recommend!

Very Clean Guest House in Addo”
Gerald's Gift is a lovely guest located about 15 mins drive from Addo NP's main entrance. It's very clean and the compound is absolutely stunning. Susan welcomed me to her guest house and she was very friendly and welcoming. Her staff were all very friendly as well and breakfast is top notch.

Beautiful guest house”
This guesthouse was absolutely beautiful. The room was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The estate was stunning, with beautiful gardens everywhere. The staff was warm and welcoming and breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend Gerald's Gift to anyone traveling in this region. It is a particularly convenient place to stay for people visiting Addo Elephant Park, as we did.

We had a wonderful time at Gerald's! The place is so beautiful. We loved the garden, the pool, the horses and donkeys behind the house, the tennis court... the staff is really friendly, the rooms are clean an huge and the breakfast is lovely prepared and really good!

Our family room was clean and bit old fashioned, but cute therefore. Shower and toilet clean and bit old fashioned too. Beautifull garden with lots of roses, blossoming trees, nice smelling jasmine. Good breakfast! Cute little restaurant, a bit slow but very friendly staff. Nice citrus trees surrounding the house. Good fences oaround the house.

Beautiful, clean and friendly. My dad, daughter & myself stayed there and we were so happy with the accommodation and the friendly service. The extras you can do while staying there are not even mentioned and amazing. The walks among the orchids, along the river, the beautiful gardens. We cannot wait to come and visit this beautiful guest house again. Highly recommended.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang von Susan. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute gut aufgehoben. Neben den sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern( Kingfisher) gibt es ein gutes Restaurant direkt auf der Anlage. Auch Ihre Tips bzgl Safari sowie weiteren Restaurants waren genau nach unserem Geschmack. Wir kommen wieder

Schöne Anlage und nah am Addo aber in die Jahre gekommen und etwas spießig ”
Der Garten ist sehr schön und es gibt leckeres Frühstück im Garten. Die Zimmer sind im alten Stil aber der Teppichboden ist alt und nicht so hygienisch. Es gibt leider viele Mosquitos aber das ist wohl normal da es auf dem Land ist- Moskitospray mitnehmen! Jedes Zimmer hat einen Namen und dementsprechend einen festen Platz beim Frühstück, Abendessen und Parken. Bei unserer Ankunft war “unser” Parkplatz belegt, so dass wir unser Auto auf einem anderen geparkt haben. Daraufhin wurden unsere Scheibenwischer hochgeklappt..

Eine Oase zum verweilen und sich verwöhnen lassen”
Die Gastgeberin Sue und ihre Stellvertreterin Rahel sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Man wird hier verwöhnt, sogar das Auto wird gewaschen. Das haben wir noch nirgends erlebt. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber. Der Garten mit Pool wirkt wie eine Parkanlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt.

Ein kleines Paradies in guter Lage zum Addo-Park”
Auch den Schotia-Park erreicht man in ca 45 Minuten über sehr gute Straßen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Besitzer geben gute Tipps. Frühstück hervorragend. Schöner und gepflegter Pool und Garten der zum Entspannen einlädt.
