Close to Niminhaemin”
This is the second time for me to stay at Gerard Habitat and was pleased again with the tidy spacious suite and friendly staff service. The hotel's location makes it accessible to the night life of the Nimenhaemin area as well as easy access to the main roads to other areas in and around Chiang Mai.

The Gerard Habitat is a very nice hotel located in Nimmanhemin rd. and great decorated by bamboo. The room was cleaned and had Jacucci in the bathroom.

Good location - close to Nimmanhaemin Mai Road”
my friend had stayed at gerard habitat and i was able to look at the rooms and location. as a result i booked a week's stay there. friendly staff. easy access to the main road to pick up a song taew to other areas in and around chiang mai. plenty of coffee shops close by.

Similar to service apartment , excellent location and has good cable channels”
Gerard Habitat has all the convenience of a boutique service apartment . Ninman is poular with East Asians who like its trnsy shops and Latest mall Maya. We feel at home here and this boutique hotel with only 16 rooms means its quiet and restful without the frenzied ambience of large tour groups! Above all it keeps me updated with BBC, CNN abd Asia News Channel from Singapore .

i enjoyed this boutique hotel convienently located in the niminhaeman area. many trendy restaurants and clubs are located here which is also close to the chiang mai university campus. the junior suite room was very large, nicely decorated, and very clean. the hotel staff was very pleasant and i was allowed to park my car in the private parking area directly in front of the hotel.

Value for money ”
We were traveling with our daughter ( 14 months old). The hotel is located at great location very easy to travel to many tourist spots such as Doi suthep, Chiang Mai zoo. No breakfast provided but is not a problem because we can easily find good restaurants nearby. The room was very clean. However it is not child-friendly. If you are traveling with young children, you need to bring your baby mattress. They do not provide baby cot. Overall, we are really impressed.

Nice hotel with a warm feeling to it. ”
we have stayed at this hotel a few times when we have a child with us. it is quite a good size room, and has a partial kitchen that allows for a bit of cooking if needed or desired. good internet service and convenient to the nimmanhemin area. it is above a bamboo furniture store of which we have purchased several items. worth a look.

A pleasant 1 night stay”
Gerard Habitat is allocated at Nimman Road Soi 3. Not too deep in as it can be quite dark at night. There are plenty of attractions around that area. Restaurant, shopping mall and pubs are all within walking distance. Spacious room which is a guest-house to me rather than a hotel. Nevertheless it's clean and I am just satisfied with what I am paying for. There's a authentic Thai restaurant opposite along the main road by the name, "Hong-Teaw". It served really good food! There's a lot of old pendulum wall clocks in the restaurant. A must try I reckon.

I stayed at Garard Habitat Hotel for 2 nights. Hotel has a good decoration, all furniture are made of bamboo. Room is quite big and very clean. The price is reasonable.

gerard wasnˊt our first choice, however hotels in nimmanheiman were too full and we had to try our luck. Fortunately the stay wad pleasant, especially with its convenient location at the nimmanheiman area. All good restaurants and bars were of walking distance, night life there was amazing. The room was big enough, yet aging. During our 3 days stay we found a bug in our bathroom which was frightening. Other than that it was average. Hotel staff was friendly.

This is my favourite hotel in Chaing Mai. The location can't be beat at a popular tourist area. The room is spacious with all amenities needed and a nice plus with a jacuzzi. Staff is friendly and effective.

We had a surprisingly good stay at the hotel. Initially we picked it for the convenient location with easy access to food and travel sight. But when we arrived we were delighted by the friendly service a nice spacious room. All the amenities were provided though the room may not be heavily decorated.

Good location, helpful staff”
Located just off major commercial street with shops, restaurants, stores, etc. Far enough off major street that it is not noisy. Hotel is small enough that it is comfortable and relaxing. Rooms are clean,well-maintained, and have wi fi. Some staff have limited English skills, but all are friendly and try to be helpful. Not cheap, but reasonable considering the quality of the rooms. Our room had air conditioning, small kitchen, safe, clean bathroom.

Great Value, Ideal Location, Good Service”
I love the location of the hotel with a 1 minute walk to the popular cafe and a few minutes walk to local food restaurant. Now there is also a mall a few minutes away. The location is also close to popular tourist spots. The room is very spacious with a jacuzzi, free wifi, hair dryer, free water and a mini kitchen with a large refrigerator. The staff is very friendly and can give directions to all local spots.

Clean and proper hotel”
The hotel room is very clean. We booked for a double room but when we arrived the only double room left was just right in front of a club. The hotel staff informed us that it would be very loud noise at night from the club if we insisted on staying in that double room, and gave us alternative for twin room instead. The noise from neighboring club is still loud but not too bad. Cafe and restaurants can be found easily all around the hotel. Free wireless internet is pretty fast, and its password is so easy I could guess it without asking hotel staff.
