Not good service and a lot of hassle”
1st they didn't indicate in the site that no pets are allowed. Though we didn't bring out dog inside the hotel, the staff & guard are consistently nagging us about their policy. 2nd we got stuck at the elev even we are just 2 pax riding it. They insisted and blame us that we are 7 when we ride the elev. 3rd room smells bad. 4th they are not familiar with agoda booking that much. Lastly, they continously calling us even past 12am just to clarify some glitch in their system. Also, the rude guard who continously whines and blame us for the elev.

Not worth the bucks”
This is our second time to book in this hotel. The first one they didn't cancel our request. The second one they didn't also allow our request. One of the worst service so far. Talo pa nila mga five star hotels. They dont want to upgrade our room to a family room or twin room we have to pay for two rooms. :/ Also the room given to me was smelly.. no toothbrush if 12 hours stay.. the room is small not the same as posted in the pictures.. room's lighting needs to improve the light on the ceiling really bothered me didn't get to sleep well. I hope may lampshade na lang on the side.. some staff aren't nice but kudos to the server jan joseph who is nice.. food well sakto lang ang servings .. presyong pang free breakfast lang.. Good thing about this hotel? Near sm san lazaro, and the hot shower soo far yun lang.. yung arrangement ng cr di rin ganon kaganda.. tumatama ung sink sa pinto... also ung toilet seat malapit sa wall so if medyo malaki ka hindi ka kasya. If i will recommend this? No. I think there are better hotels around . Book at your own risk but we will not book at this hotel again. 😅

Remember we are customers”
Hotel was fine. Really need to remind your staff that the people that stay there are your Customers... Staff singing at the top of their voices along the corridors before 7am; front-of-house & kitchen staff shouting to each other like they are in the playground. Radio in breakfast area full blast while one gives a full-on karaoke performance to Unchained Melody, like they were in a kubo drinking session. The next tune, someone in the kitchen was singing along, shouting the "F-word" as an amusing word substitute. A little fine-tuning on your training would help a lot. Like I said, hotel was fine :)

staff are hospitable and the service is good. But we suggest that the rooms be fumigated.”
Room 306 has stinky smell. Rooms have plenty of small cockroaches mostly inside the drawers. The rooms does not have cabinets or hanger rod, though they will provide you with hangers if you requested. One goodthing is that the staff here are very accommodating and the foods are good, free breakfast is great.

poor service & security”
No soundproofing of rooms, & very thin sheets. If you plan on using the AC as you should, pack your own blankets or comforter, it gets very cold even if you set the AC on 24°C. You're not allowed to take your keys with you when you go out, so there is a security concern for your valuables.

The cost was fair but the included breakfast was a small Philippine food breakfast. Some of the staff need to improve their English.

Vey basic hotel”
Third person was charged 300 but not given a towel or a blanket. No hooks to hang clothes on. Blanket was too small for a double bed.
