great location in Old Quarter”

the location is very good as it close to everything. The room we stayed on the 2nd floor face to the road was abit noisy at night especially weekend. The staff were very friendly and so helpful.

Great hotel.”

Great staff with good English. Balcony room good, right in the heart of old quarter so a little noisy but ok. Good selection at breakfast. Would stay here again.

Great location and very friendly staffs. We really enjoy the stay in this place. The only uncomfortable thing was the water in the shower was not very strong so have to get use to it. But overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The best hotel i have seen.”

First of all, i rarely write reviews for like.. anything to be honest. but this hotel deserves one. I would give 10 stars for this hotel if i could. Recommend this place 100%. The room was neat and clean, probably the best quality for the money i paid. The free breakfast that was included was good enough. They have massage place in the lobby which is convenient and the 30% discount i could get staying at the hotel was pretty nice. BUT, here's why i wish i could give 10 stars instead of 5 stars if i could: The STAFF at this hotel are just wonderful. It's not that easy to find staff who are both nice and competent and this hotel certainly has that. They were nice and friendly, yet professional and clearly knew what they were doing. They basically arranged everything for our trip to Quan Lan island in halong bay, going there and coming back, without charging anything extra. and a lot other that i cant write all down here. This hotel certainly made my stay in Hanoi 10 times better!

The hotel location is really good but then the staffs are not well train at all. The room is very ugly decoration and it is really an " OLD Hotel" and not worth for the price to stay overnight there. I won't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel at all... due the the staff are not able to help out at all ( Not even 1% ) to try to help you out ,if you want to book a taxi or ask for tours!
