Fantastic”
The hotel is fantastic and close to the beach. The facilities is superb and the room are big. As we requested a quite room, the room was cosy and quite enough for us and we are not disturbed by the loud noise coming from adjacent properties.

Great value and location”
Nice and clean rooms. Very comfy bedding and beds! A little noise at night due to the close proximity to bars and clubs, but didn't really worry me. The staff were helpful and friendly, but they did get my laundry mixed up with someone else's. I managed to get it back just in time for my departing boat... We also had to ask for towels and one of the rooms didn't have a bin, but the staff were very helpful and happy to assist. The breakfast leaves a bit to be desired... we opted to go elsewhere. Great location, and the Sandbar is great during the day and night. Would definitely recommend for decent, budget accommodation.

Higher quality for the area and price”
The Wi-fi is slow & the cleaner is not daily. But this is Gili T, everything else is great! Free breakfast, drink on arrival, pool, on site salon, cold aircon & hot water! The bed is so comfortable, if I had the luggage space I’d have taken one of the pillows with me they’re that good!

Mixed Feelings on Gilli Sands”
Location itself is rather good if you enjoy loud music and a vrery busy active atmosphere. However if it is relaxation you are after, then best you journey further south on the island to some of the quiter areas of Gilli T. The shower pressure was basically non existent, The beach view rooms were absolutely beautiful in terms of view and the view from the viewing room aka the balcony was nothing short of viewey. All in all, for the price we paid, it was great value for money. However, would I stay again? Well that's a story for another time. Thanks for tuning in. Take care good bye and seeya later. Toilet with full of worms and villa pool nobody clean it”
We stay for 2 nights and when we checked in, everything was good but during night time, a lot of worms climb out at the shower area, that was scary and disgusted. Villa pool no one to clean, you can see a lot of sands. dust and leaves floating on the water. And now they are doing the renovation, workers everywhere and they can overlooking in our villa and toilet area.

Room was identified as superior Lumbung Terrace, it had no refrigerator or coffee/tea making facilities. Stayed for 2 nights room was not serviced at all during stay. Another friend was staying in a standard cheaper room and had all the facilities. Would recommend booking a standard room. the location is great and overall a value for money accomodation

Great Location Great Staffs”
It has the best live show of Gili. The barbecue is good and the alcoholic drink always cold. The staff are great and are always attentive to your needs, but there are details of the structure that they can not fix. I believe the hotel needs to improve the bathroom due to the fact that the water does not drain properly and this results in a totally wet bathroom. Placing a curtain, separating box between shower and toilet would help a lot. I would stay at the Hotel again, but I could not bear to stay for many days because of the wet bathroom that ends up dirtying the whole room with water and sand.

The room was not as descibed which is not good when you make booking decisions based on this. It did not have a fridge or tea and coffee making facilities. They put a filthy fridge in my room when i complained about this.

Staff behavior”
We reached at hotel at 1pm but our check in was suppose to be 2pm so we were asked to wait beacuse we were indians at 1pm people from other country were also there and room was allotted at the same time. Also our room aircon was not functioning and we asked to change the room but it took 6 hrs to change the room although the room was available due to which i was unable to explore the place on day i reached there.

I will not choose this property again”
This is the second visit to lombok, before that i stay different three stays, mataram, sengigi and Gili Trawangan. There is even better than here. We stay 3night villas with two room, is a bad experience for us, no doing housekeeping after mention on second and the third days. We requested towel after we done swim from poolside and snorkelling. In total the towel have 13 pieces on hand iwth us, and nobody change is day by day, for sure tissue in bathroom is not sufficient, the next room totally don't have it at all on first day. I booked 5person on this stay, In breakfast only show 4person, even the extra bed there don't provide us after the first night, there realised overlooking. The breakfast is not what our expectations, taste too salty and not much choices. I can say that we are the person not really in particular, but this is too much. Will not come back to this property on next visit.

Kind people working there but unless you do one of the upgraded rooms which may be better, the basic one we were in had lots of black mold in the restroom and a leak in the ceiling. If you won’t be in the room much not too bad for a night.

Very dirty hotel”
Picture of room in agoda not match with real rooms. Room was dirty, toilet was very dirty and room smell badly. When I get other room then during rain ceiling stated leaking. The sheets and towels were not very clean. Sorry but I don't recommend for friends.

Kolam renang kecil tapi lokasi dekat sekali dengan pelabuhan, bisa jalan kaki dari pelabuhan ke hotel. Kamar lumayan bagus, bersih. Senang sekali menginap disana.

Satisfactory rooms, renovations being done. Safe in the room didn’t work. Food wasn’t great but the pool was perfect. Front desk staff was amazing. They organized a day tour, bike rental and boat ticket back to Bali for me hassle free.

Small room and dirty toilet”
Room size was incredibly small. No space for the extra bed. We have to squeeze in. The toilet was really dirty and water flow was stagnant as the water could not go to the hole. The shelves in room was dusty maybe have never been wiped for months. I wonder if anyone have been staying there since. We could not have a piece of mind becauce of noise from the upper floor. Every bit of noise upstairs can be heard even when they walk or shower. Its truly insane.

Enjoyed our stay it is a great location, the only issue was they were renovating and a lot of power was not running which also included the pool filter in our private villa ..... thus the pool needed to be emptied 😳😳😳In saying that the perfectly crystal clear ocean was an our front door, the staff were very accommodating. Would definitely stay on aOur return 😊😊😊
