Simply amazing”
This is our second time we are staying at Ginger8, this time in a duplex unit. The view from this unit was not as great as the Family studio but that’s the only thing we can nit-pick on. This unit has a washing machine – makes it so convenient to do laundry and it even comes with a dryer. Also available is soap powder, plenty of hangers and a portable clothes rack – speaking of the thoughtfulness of our host. The unit is well furnished, nicely layout to make use of all available spaces, have ample extension cords for all our devices. Host has a good sense of detail in making sure we have a good stay – a can opener (😊), ice cubes in fish shapes, kitchen cabinet that is well stocked, a vacuum cleaner, slippers (and slipper wall mounted rack) and clean floor mats The unit was clean, nicely decorated and bed was firm (not sagging in the middle). We had a very pleasant stay and the host was very fast and efficient in attending to our queries. In the end, my family had a very enjoyable stay here, we were impressed with everything this unit has to offer. Lastly, checking in and out was a breeze and the car park feels very secure and safe. Ginger8 team – keep up the excellent service you are providing – you guys are amazing.

This is the 4th time (I think, lost count) we are staying at Ginger8 and the place and the host and his team continues to impress us. As usual, the host was super efficient in handling any questions/concerns we have, response time in whatsapp is <5minutes! The place was clean and have all the amenities one needs staying at this place. Checking in was a breeze (self check-in and need to do self collection of access cards) and the security features of the whole building is well thought out. We had an issue with the sofa bed this time around and the host was very prompt in offering us a solution. For a stay outside a hotel, this is the most professionally organized accommodation we have ever come across (which in some cases the service rendered is even better than what you can get from a hotel). A truly amazing experience.

The host(S) - they are very efficient and fast in proving replies and updates in whatsapp. provides "customer first" service, check-in and check-out information is top class, with clear pictures. The location - centrally located to many places. Many food eateries within 5-10 minutes drive The apartment - great view, facing Federal Highway. have good view of KL city at floor18. place was clean. host has everything that a traveler needs - including surprises like sugar, mineral water, even room slippers! room has black out curtains, windows that seals out most of the outside noise, central A/c unit and TV(netflix) that actually works! The place was properly prepared for the visitor, security is good, gives you a secure feeling in the car park and staying in the apartment. The bed is firm, room was nicely decorated and the floor mats felt clean! It gives good satisfaction to me and my family to be able to enjoy our stay in this apartment. Keep up the 5star service and the maintenance of the place. Thank you.

Great Place For A Small Family ”
I came with my small family, three of us. The place we booked was a studio apartment. It had two queen-sized beds, a comfy sofa that could double as a bed, small kitchenette and a small bathroom with shower. The kitchenette had plates, cutlery, jug kettle, microwave, refrigerator. Also garbage bags, detergent, sachets of tea & coffee, sugar... It was a self-service apartment but not a problem as there was a broom and dustpan. The apartment owners created a WhatsApp group with us so we could msg them easily. Checking in is a bit of a hassle if you're used to hotel check ins because you had to go get the key in a mailbox at the car park level. But it is a minor thing, compared to the convenience of the apartment. I've since booked it again and will definitely be a repeat customer. It's walking distance to the LRT station and Brickfiekds Asia College. Also in the same building as Sherston Hotel. A transparent panel separates the lobbies of these two places. So if taxis don't know where Pinnacle is, you can just say you're going to Sheraton. Entrances are adjacent to each other.

Very nice place to stay. Location is simply strategic in PJ. Wanna go KL is easy. Wanna go to Shah Alam is also easy. Best of all is the cleanliness. View of PJ is nice at night. One thing must commend surely is about the parking! Lots of parking and that really make life easier! The unit owner is really helpful. Whatever queries I have, he will answer in no time.

Great location and a very pleasant unit to stay”
LRT Asia Jaya is just behind the building and there is a pedestrian bridge in between, which is very convenient if one would like to go to the city centre. There is a Japanese grocery store at the ground floor of the building, which is worth a visit too. The unit itself is very good as well. Just like many reviews noted, it's very clean and comfortable. Not to mention the scenic view. Owners provided very clear instructions prior to check-in and check-out, and the process was very smooth. The deposit refund process was quick too. Overall had a nice stay in the unit. Will definitely re-book the same place if I happened to go to KL again.

I love the unit. The place is clean, and spacious for a family of 4. It is well equipped with washing machine and dryer and a good stocked up kitchen with utensils. What's best is also the viccinity to LRT station and Decathlon PJ. Check in process is also very easy. Highly recommended for family traveller.

Host was very attentive and efficient. Rented twice this month. Good for long stay. Nice unit with full size refrigerator, water heater, electric kettle, microwave, water filter, parking for 1 car per unit, easy check in & check out, nice view. Overall the best long stay in PJ. The initial room I booked had a small issue with it, not their fault, probably previous occupant issues. I was immediately upgraded to a larger room with no extra charges. I must commend that Eric is very helpful in getting me settled in, very responsive. Thank you so much. I booked this place for a short personal retreat alone during MCO 2.0 and spent most of my time in the room and am so thankful for the amazing view facing the KL skyline and comfortable clean space to give myself some time to do some journaling and reflection. If you’re looking for a place to unwind or have some time alone, do consider Ginger8. You won’t regret it. :)

Perfect Loft for a Family!”
I truly enjoyed my stay at Ginger8! The Loft had all the necessary amenities. Clean and functional toilets, kitchen, beds, sofa and cupboards. Having a 2in1 Washing Machine/Dryer was the touch in my opinion. I washed a good bulk of our clothes before leaving after my stay there. We did have an issue with the upper floor toilet but the response to fix the issue was super fast. Both Eric and King were very prompt, patient and professional! I'll book this Loft in a heartbeat the next time I head down to KL.

Check-in was bit challenging as you prolly will get lost looking for the mail room. host will assist all your queries. Hv fun! Other than that, I had pleasant stay. View is great. Room is clean. Above all, everything is provided considering the price we paid. (water heater, coffee, toaster, induction cooker, washing machine, extension cable, wifi, netflix). They will collect 200rm deposit and it will be returned within few hours after check out.
