Amazing food and Onsen”
we came at Dec so the dinner are crabs. there are so many dishes, including crab sashimi, grilled crabs and boiled crabs. the foods are so nice and we enjoyed a lot. hotel doesn't provide day pass for kinosaki public onsens, but it has private ones which are free to use. Yakult are free but icecream are not. the view is extraordinary and definitely worth coming again.

Excellent staff”
- Hotel is traditional onsen hotel with garden acround it. You feel relax once you stepped into the facility. - Some of the facilities has obvious year marks, e.g. blacked wall papers, minerals residue at the side of bath tubes. Overall it’s still clean but the hotel should spend some effort on maintaining the wellness of their facility. - Staff are super friendly. They tried their best to communicate with us, and to fulfill all of our ah-hoc request. - Dinner and breakfast is excellent. The chefs are very detailed minded and make good favor of food. The meals are the top one among my japan trip. - Good of value of money as you can enjoy a private spacious room with lake view. - Definitely a recommended hotel in that area.

The staff were all young people who were extremely pleasant and courteous. The building and rooms were beautiful, traditional but nicely renovated. Food was exquisite, we enjoyed the crab pot so much. We were traveling in a group of 3, and they made sure there were 3 crab legs for each of us - this just told me how attentive they were to details in their service! We booked the water-facing room and thoroughly enjoyed the onsen bath in our room, the view was amazing. The only tiny downside was the public onsen bath was very small, they probably presumed visitors would go to Kinosaki onsen bathhouses. All in all highly recommended.

彼氏のお誕生日に予約しました。 城崎温泉の賑やかな場所から少し離れてるけど、川が目の前にあって、穏やかな優しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。貸切風呂も2人で入れて良かったです。お料理も美味しく個室でいただきました。スタッフの方もとても可愛かったです。また行きたいです！

共立グループは、全室露天風呂付きで食事も今までハズレなかったので、料理もグレードアップしましたが、冷凍の蟹で良かったと後悔。 部屋も狭い。いちいちお湯を張らないといけない。 ゆっくりしたかったのに、やかましい子供。 カジュアルグループの部類ですね。
