"As soon as I arrived at the front of the hotel, I was greeted politely by the concierge who also took my luggage up to my room. The presentation of the lobby is absolutely stunning and the hotel throughout. My partner and I had no dramas staying at this hotel. The only disappointment that we probably had was that there was a long waiting line for the buffet breakfast at all restaurants. Otherwise our room was clean and tidy and it had a beautiful balcony view of the ocean! "
