"I was staying here when typhoon hagibis hits, and this area is perfectly safe. With 3 convenience stores around, we managed to buy daily needs easily. And china garden restaurant opens all day long when the typhoon hits. the only problem is its location is a bit far from the center of the city, but I enjoyed the 20 minutes walk to ginza."

"It's a pretty standard business hotel, in a quiet spot tucked away from the main road. The bed was on the firm side but not uncomfortable, and the pillow was real (not the crappy bead-filled ones). Very clean room with a humidifier/air purifier, microwave, water pot, and giant TV. The only complaint is that the walls are thin, I couldn't fall asleep for a while because of what sounded like someone closing a kitchen cabinet over and over after midnight... Earplugs are a definite must if you're a light sleeper like me."

"Really nice hotel that is a little away from the busy Ginza area but close enough to get to the main shopping areas. Subway just across the road and if you are taking the limo bus services from airport, the Marriott courtyard stop is just a few hundred metres away. Plenty of food around with a nice little noodle/rice place just next to it. Breakfast was great with a choice of sushi/japanese/western set. Stayed in the moderate deluxe with two twin beds which are big enough to sleep 2 adults and 2 kids under 7. Only downside is that they don't offer concierge services so you will need to take your luggages to your room on your own. Which was a bit of a hassle as we travelled with two young kids which luggage and strollers. Definitely will stay here again if in Tokyo. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. It was well located in Ginza and quiet enough while being close to the happening areas. We very much enjoyed the provided amenities such as toiletries and the super informative tablet with local tourist information. One complaint is that there was hair on the bathroom floor upon first arriving. Coming from the US, this isn't a big deal as our standards are not as high as Japan's, but definitely notable as we've experienced high levels of cleanliness at all other stays in Japan. We read on many occasions that Shinjuku and Shibuya were the more fun/ better place to stay, but we actually really enjoyed retreating to Ginza as it felt slower paced (ha!) for the Tokyo region and quieter. There were some *great* food options (cheap and more expensive) close by which was also a win for us. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back if we're in Ginza again!"

"Loved our experience at the hotel. It’s a 5 minute walk to Tsukiji market and a 15 minute walk to central Ginza. At night the surroundings get pretty quiet and feels a little far from the bustling Tokyo night life. Great for those who want a clean and modern hotel!"

"We stayed for 3 nights and hotel did impressed us in 3 ways. First of all, the hotel is new and well equipped in contemporary industrial style. Room size (15m2) is bigger than general tokyo hotels’ (12-13m2) and we can open 29” suitcases in the room. You can control TV & air conditioner by smart panel in the room. Second, it is located at walkable distance to Ginza, Tokyo station & Nipponbashi. 3-5mins walk to Ginza Itchome & Higashi Ginza station which provides you easy access to different part of the city. Third, we received beautiful bouquet from hotel as anniversary gift! Really surpised!! So pity that we cannot bring it home but we did appreciated for that.:-) It would be much better if hotel can equip with fully sun block curtain. Also, the pillow is a bit soft while the bed is a bit hard. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to everybody."
