I will never be back to this hotel”
They gave us a dirty and very old room when we first checked in. The room was at Gate 1, the oldest area of the hotel. There, I share the same beach and sitting area with the public guests (they can just go and pay for seats there ). Our room was in the same block with the restroom of walk-in guests so very chaos. It doesn't look like a hotel nor a resort, it was even worse than a motel. The air-con in the room is terrible, didnt work. The restroom facilities was broken. I argued, discussed and fighted to be able to move to another room in gate 3. This area is newer, acceptable at a standard level. The breakfast is Vietnamese, fine. But the breakfast time is from 6.30am - 8.30am. Not reasonable at all. Tourist, breakfast closes at 8.30am is too early for the kids. We usually showed up at the restaurant at 8.20am and half of the restaurant was the staff, including housekeeping, security guard, receptionist, kitchen staff. They sat and ate like guests. Noone served, nothing left!

Went to Gio Bien for the weekend. Had booked a room with sea view but hotel claimed Agoda had reserved a room with street view. Agoda tried to solve the problem but to no avail as the hotel was full. We stayed at the assigned room. Room was not bad. Shower was not working, but it was fixed as soon as we called reception. Clean, quiet, excellent location, nice buffet breakfast, quick check out. One of my friends forgot his iPad charger. We called as soon as we got back to HCMC, hotel said they’d check and call back but never called back. Called again the following day, same promise, same result. Good hote, just don’t leave anything behind or you’ll never hear from them again.

the hotel itself is nice, but i think it is more catered for asian and vietnamese tourists rather than westerners! the pool was nice the staff are very helpful. don't bother coming here for the beach as it is very oiliy from all the ships going into the shipping port upstream

The only good thing about this hotel is location. It closes to the beach side. Too expensive. To pay more than 1M in Vn dong, I expected more than just a room you can pay for 200k Vndong. The air-condition was broken. We asked staffs and they gave a fan, which more noisy at night. Won't come back here. There plenty hotels that close to the beach.

Awful location for Family Room (next to the public rest room of the beach, no sea-view as mentioned in the booking, far away the reception desk), the room is not fresh and unclean; too small for 4 persons, there are many stains on the wall and mosquito everywhere inside the room. The only good thing is the abundant buffet breakfast.

チェックイン時に色々説明をしていると思いましたが、日本語が通じなくて、時間かけてやり取りしていましたが最終的にはスマートフォンで日本語を話せる男性とやりとりを行い理解できました。 敷地が長い為朝食の場所は部屋から２０㍍離れていたけど、美味しかったです。部屋も満足でした。 朝番の女性の笑顔を良かったです。 次回も利用します。
