The staff at Gioberti Art Hotel were friendly and helpful. Room we stayed in was clean and spacious - definitely exceeded our expectation. However sound proofing can be better as we can hear noises near the street at night. It might be because too quiet late night but that didn’t disturb our sleep and bothered us too much. Hotel is located a few mins away from the Train & Bus terminal and in addition there were many choices of restaurant and eatery near there as well. My partner and I enjoyed the wide selections for breakfast compared to the other hotel we stayed when we are traveling across Italy.

Room was spacious, clean and breakfast was fantastic. staff were very accommodating. I left my luggage in hotel for ten days and sent my clothes for laundering Everything was set up in my room when I returned after ten days. Excellent service.

A wonderful stay, albeit a tad pricey”
Our experience at Gioberti Art Hotel was very pleasant. The design of the hotel is modern and comforting and the rooms were clean and relaxing. Breakfast was a typical Italian one with cold cuts, cornetti, eggs, etc. A great way to start one's day. The gym was well-equipped enough for a simple but intensive workout, and the location of the hotel made it rather easy to go to many of Central Rome's attractions on foot, and while the area isn't the safest, the hotel has guards at the door ensuring a safe stay for visitors. The staff were all very patient and polite. All in all, while the price per night might be a little high, I felt it was worth it and I will definitely be staying there again.

The hotel is so close to the rome termini, 20 minutes from coleseum. The hotel is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Staff is professional. Breakfast offered is delicious and good variety. I would 100% stay here again.

Exceptional”
Its a nice hotel which is really close to Termini station within 2-3 mins walk. The room is also clean and in good size. However, the water is not hot for shower at night, i guess when many guests of the hotel are using at the same time. I have waited for over an hour and the water is still cold. It is not a problem i would expect for a 4 star hotel.

Clean tidy and good location”
Just next to terminal, ideal place if travel among other cities. Very clean and staff are helpful and efficient. The only issue is about wifi not strong enough. Still can use for communication but not good for fb or other social media. Other than this, this hotel is great.

The hotel is located in a very central location next to termini metro and bus station. Transportation is very easy! It is a bit noisy outside but when we requested to change a room they did it right away! 5 stars for me

My husband and I came to Italy for traveling and Rome is our first destination. We impressed this hotel because of its location, 2 minutes walking from Roma termini. It's a great location for people who want to travel to other city like us. Staffs are nice and they can speak English.

Rowdy neighbourhood. Good location is a plus. ”
Good and convenient location. Neighbourhood is rowdy and can easily hear fights and ambulance/ police sirens almost every night. Didn’t feel very safe in the neighbourhood. Luckily for us- nothing bad happened.

Everything is good except the water heater ”
Overall the stay is good. The only con is the water heater where it took superb long time to heat the water and the water is not warm enuf even after a long wait. Hopefully they will look into issue and improve on it.

Clean, modern, SAFE, helpful staff, good restaurants and shopping nearby. Most convenient location for Termini. Great bathrooms well above typical European standards, clean rooms, comfortable beds. We stay here whenever we come to Rome and will continue to do so.

Good place to stay”
I stayed here for 5 nights in a suite. My room was clean and maintained really well. One of the biggest minuses of the place is the soundproofing of its windows. One can hear all the noises from the road and I had to sleep with my aircraft ear bud.

Very bad experience.”
No hot water for shower. Noise from cars downstairs make it hard to fall asleep. WIFI speed is so slow that is almost not usable. Bad ventilation for air-conditioner. Light bulb is broken. The only advantage is location is near train station.
