Maybe Just the Weather”
The highlight of Glamz is the night view from the tent but perhaps it was the rainy weather, the viewing panel was clouded and we could not see any scenery from within the tent. On a hindsight, given its secluded location, a starry sky view is possible. Other than this dissatisfaction, the facilities and environment are good for an outdoor glamping setting. The whole place is clean too. Not recommended for those who do not drive as the place is not accessible by public transport and has no shuttle service.

Nice place to chill out. Bear in mind that you need to really study out all the previous customers review 1st before you come here, to avoid any discomfort and inconvenience. The discomfort side: 1. The fake grass will wet during raining time. Make sure bring own slipper to walk on. 2. Bathroom is separated from the room. So you have to walk through the fake grass to go to your bathroom. 3. Bathroom is so small that only can fit 1 person. So for those bringing kids that need bath assistance please take note on this. The inconvenience side: 1. No toiletries provided. Make sure bring own. 2. No soundproof. So please make sure don't making any loud noise. 3. Public jacuzzi only have cold water. No point going there to enjoy. 4. The staff didn't mention steamboat section closed on that day in prior. Making us have to search for outside food. 5. The road around has no much street lights. Very dark during the night. But nevertheless, surprisingly good service from the staff in helping early check in (around 2.45pm) and asking for breakfast option (we didn't tell them what we want during check in time, then they come approach us again at night time). The car guard uncle is so friendly that he tell us the ways to precaution the insects and suggest us the best time for star glazing. And we really got a good star glazing period during night time. And surprising no insects and bugs during that time 😍 (I REALLY SCARED of INSECTS) Overall good experience. And again to mention, do all the studies 1st before stay at glamping site. This is not a hotel, so don't expect the site to provide you every single thing. 😉

Stayed 1 night and it was a rainy season so the weather quite chilly. For a quick getaways from the city Although breakfast was great and delisg but i wish there was more option for the meal. 😁

Everything was perfect except for the toilet door. But no worries, the staff was very responsive always in standby mood. The suprise breakfast basket really made my day. A must stay glamming experience. Will definitely come again !!!

Totally disappointed! ”
Went there with my family with kids . Rooms smelled so musty that we asked for smthing to spray. The edges of the rooms is leaking and wet down there which cause the terrible smell allover the room.. Room is not cleaned well.. dust covered in most of the things . Especially the plugs.. the wiring seems loose and not safe for kids . Toilet also not really clean as there is dirt everywhere we touch.. even on the soap dispenser. Full of dirt. Most of the rooms are not clean as well. Tables all sticky and the Jacuzzi water is full of dirth and we ask them to clean. Staff are not friendly and not helpful either

My kids love the glamping experience. We definitely will repeat again. Convenient for parents with small kids. Room are clean & surrounding was so nice. We really been spoilt by the breakfast choices that has been sent to our dome. Hot water, air conditioning and facilities are well function. Water pressure was very good.

a good place for couples to glamping. the visual mesmerizing. and the best part is near to Genting highland. U can sort a lot of activities here. Either to stay at the glamping site or to go play at Skytropolis.
