Needs a facelift”
The cabin was very small and very tired looking, barely adequate for the price. The cabin was clean and presented well, despite it's obvious age and being overdue for a renovation. The park is quite handy to the highway, yet far enough away to be reasonably quiet. The grounds are tidy, but the carports and the cabin are very small by today's standards. If I needed a pet friendly tourist park, I would stay here again.
Stayed here for the jacaranda festival. I just cant believe how cheap it is and suprisingly it was clean too. TV was new and fridge worked well. I have paid more for a patch of grass at some other parks. The only thing is location, it is abit out of the main CBD so you would ideally have a car. If you have a car this place is the perfect budget stay and I will definitely stay again next time I am in town
Good, inexpensive spot to break a road trip.
Thank you David for your positive review. I hope you will stop over again next time you are passing through Grafton. :)
New owners are working to upgrade park. But they have ensured the simple things are exactly what you need. Bed very comfy, fridge microwave and dishes available. Would stay again thank you
Great stopover place”
I stopped over on the fly and they were very accommodating. I got a good and much needed rest. Facilities and room were pretty good and I would say good value for money. Agoda were very helpful in supporting me on the phone. Thank you!
A Bit Cramped”
We have stayed here before in a self-contained cabin, which we thought was very good. This time we had a motel room and, although it was clean and comfortable, we found it to be a bit cramped. Otherwise, the only real drawback was that smoking is allowed on the landing outside the doors and the odour permeated our room.
i was given the wrong cabin and then made to change cabins”
the people in the cabin next to me were very noisy until 1.30 in the morning
Beds are too soft.
Beautiful place with nice stuff”
It was overnight stay for us. Enjoyed throughly...
Unbelievable value for money. Many options for different travelers.”
Room was clean, Air Con was good, large bed was comfortable. Sink, fridge etc in the room are nice. I got a room without bathroom so used the common bathrooms which were reasonably clean. Staff is doing an excellent job keeping everyone happy. Definitely value for money and highly recommended for budget travelers. Pool is nice, clean and welcoming.
I always enjoy staying at the Motel when I travel north or south. It's very relaxed+the staff are great”
I hope I am travelling again+ will stay at the Motel. It's a very acc
Value for money”
Friendly staff, Spartan but neat & functional room, clean & tidy - excellent value for the money !
A basic room with no tea/coffee and no hot water in the showers...which makes a pretty poor stay for one night on the road.
Nice caravan park on southern edge of Grafton”
We rented a cabin room without an ensuite, but this was fine as the toilet/shower block was close by. Our room had a TV, bar fridge, microwave, sink and comfortable bed. Fine if you're just stopping by for the night and need somewhere to stay. The park is off the main road, which is great because you don't hear any of the loud noise from the truck coming through in the middle of the night. The amenities at the park are fine; clean showers, toilets etc. There's also a swimming pool for guests to use. The front office also sell basic supplies if you need it and there's a petrol station on the corner at the main road.
Stayed one night. Space very limited and my friend almost fall down from the triple decker bed in her sleep as there were no stopper at the side! Dangerous bed...
Hi, Thank you for your review. There is rails in the cupboard for the bunks to stop roll outs. Regards Glenda
Bathroom could have had more shelf space. But good value for the price.
Excellent value for Money”
Great place to stay for an over nighter! Clean rooms , nice kitchens, best hotel information booklet I've ever come across, plenty of extra pillows, blankets, shampoos, soaps etc. plenty of Car Parking! 24hr Maccas 3min drive.
Basic things for a short stop
Excellent base from which to explore.”
Great value, basic accommodation. A little more than a comfortable walking distance from the centre of Grafton ... but then, that can also be a good thing.
We stayed just one night in the executive cabin, it was big and spacious and we were able to have our two dogs inside with us. The bed was super comfy.
