Good location, reasonable price and clean apartment.

I was given a different apartment than I booked. It was much smaller but the price was adjusted by the owner.

Unfortunately, I did not get my reservation, the property representative said that it's not available for an unbelievable reasons like : the previous guest still did not check out because of an Emergency however I called the property rep- 11/2 hour before I reach the place and no mention about any problem, with no respect the bell man took my luggage and put it in a two bedrooms apartment and one bathroom, while my reservation was for a three bedrooms apartment and two bathrooms, when I go up with family and discovered the situation, the property rep- said that all available units are the same, my reserved unit will not be available, no way, and that was the start of my vacation, I spend about two hours in communication with and live chat with Booking customer service and finally I found that there is no way to get what I booked and to save time the choice was to get what ever available from the property rep- with a cost compensation were that was not the issue, I booked 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms for essential needs but the situation was like take it or leave it, in the presence of family members above 80 years I was left with no choices. Actually I did not get the minimum expected support from Booking which I made my reservation throw them, I do not know the property rep- and I do not care about him I do care with the agency made my reservation and left me without a solution in this bad situation, my expectation was to get an immediate equivalent reservation not just trials for an unsuccessful solutions and just a lot of apologies messages for waiting, I was not relax at home and chatting with a call center, I was in the street with family and some are over 80 years, I'm really disappointed from booking service and the way of handling the situation.

I booked a property with a terrace, however the broker was trying to offer us another property( probably because he is letting that one for another client) l. Im addition, the broker let me to check in 3 hours after the agreed date ( because the broker had to send staff to cleab the property), so i waited 3 hours after a long travel. I do not recommend that property/broker anyway, very very bad service

Big and very decorative apartment, big beds. The owner is very nice and helpful, view to the sea. Great balcony.

No toilet paper. No wifi.

الادارة المسؤولة عن الحجز ادارة محترمة و كانت تجربة ممتازة للتعامل معاهم وان شاء الله مش اخر مرة

الشقة حلوه جدا و كل حاجه مرتبه و نظيفه و مفيش حاجه الواحد ممكن يحتاجها مش موجوده فيها و استاذ محمد في اي وقت موجود و بيرد علينا لو محتاجين حاجه بجد شكرا جدا علي الوقت الجميل ومش اخر مره ان شاء الله

الموقع قوق الممتاز خصوصا متوسطه من موقع البلد و بالتالي سهو لة الوصول الي معظم الاتجاهات بدون عناء و تعب

النظافة سيئه لم تكن الشقه علي استعداد لاستقبال مستأجرين جدد
