Unpleasant Receptionist”
The actual room was okay. But I really didn't like the receptionist. He made us wait for a long time and he still had the audacity to treat us badly. We were supposed to have another night here but we cancelled because the experience with the receptionist was really unpleasant. Please train your receptionists better.

Located in a really gritty and poor area. A true budget hotel with absolutely no extras. No toilet paper or drinking water. The only thing going for it is its only a few minutes walk to the bus terminal. Clean and good AC.

No running water in bathroom to wash or shower. Poured water over my head to wash myself from trickle from shower. No access to drinking water. Not even sell me a bottle for daughters medication.

Untidy rooms, bad neighborhood”
COCKROACH ALERT!! There are very big roaches in the room. No toilet seats! No cleanliness, no hot water, no WiFi, no TV. You get what you pay for. But this hotel is quite worse to be given anything than 1*. Attendant is also very rude. Neighborhood is also not safe.
