Poor hotel”
The location is not good.. No views no facilities no good service.. Breakfast was terrible.. This hotel is poor.. The only good thing is that it is a little bit close to Naser city and helioplis only take from 10 to 20 minutes maximum

Excellent”
The staff was so nice and accommodating, they allowed my brother and I to check at 9pm, to catch a late flight at the airport, they even set up a uber driver to get us there (which is 50% cheaper than taking a taxi). We had a good experience at the Glorious Hotel and we recommend this place for anyone.

8 nights stay ”
I have to say Mr Wael is the best, he always did more than I asked for. Other staff were also very nice and helpful. Location is a bit far from city center, but not so far by taxi to City star- a big shopping mall which offers many options for eating. Shower room is tooo small, like 50*50cm, even difficult to stand in for people thin like me. Cleaning staff could had done better, they cleaned my room but still left hair inside the shower room. But price is good so in total it is worthy anyway. Compared with other hotels with way too high prices or old facilities, it is a good choice. Next year would like to come back here again.

This is not a four star hotel as it claims, they should be happy to be rated as a One star!!!Towel is not clean bathroom is so limited in space, no hOT water, not professional staff,I was supposeD to get a very nice hotel at such cost in Cairo, Very very awful experience!!

Was so happy with the hotel, very close to everywhere. Staff are very very friendly and helping. Had playgrounds and water park for adults and kids just 2 minutes walk. nice rooms, breakfast and overall experience.

Lovely staff”
There is something special about this hotel. Even though the listing said it was noisy, I could say that most of Cairo hotels have noise! The hotel is an old one with old fittings but it is very clean. The staff are so sweet and caring. It's also very near to the airport which is handy for a morning flight.

حل مشكلة غرفة عن طريق رئيس قسم العلاقات العامة الأستاذة سحر”
كان يوجد مشكله في غرفه رقم 329 في يوم 21/12/2022 حيث كان يوجد بها مشاكل مثل تهريب الماء من الدش ولا يوجد شطاف في الغرفه و ايضا التكييف لم يكن جيد لكن بعد كل هذه المشاكل قامت الاستاذه سحر رئيس قسم العلاقات العامة بحلها و نقلي الى غرفة أخرى و حرصت على سؤالي كل يوم ان كان كل شيء جيد ام لا و للعلم سوف اكرر زيارتي للفندق في اقرب بسبب الاستاذه سحر وطريقتها في كسب رضا النزلاء و الحرص على راحتهم

يحتاج الفندق الفندق لاستبدال الاثاث ويعتبر مرتفع السعر مقابل نظافة الفندق. اقمت فيه ليلة واحد كنت أرغم بالاقامة اسبوع لكن ذهبت لفندق اخر بسبب تدني مرافق الفندق

الموظفون يقومون بأعمالهم على أكمل وجه خدمة الغرف جيد جدا المرافق الى حد ما مرضية على طول مدة الإقامة ولكن يحدث انقطاع للمياة بصورة غير متكررة صالة الجيم غير متوفرة الا في اوقات متأخرة وكذلك حمام السباحة الوجبات منفصلة افضل ما في الفندق هو موقعه و كذلك موجود ملاعب خارجية يمكنك التريض فيها في الصباح الباكر قبل ممارسة عملك.
