My husband and I recently stayed at the Vela Dhi Glow Hotel in Pratunam, Bangkok, and we had a fantastic experience! Location: The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Pratunam. It's perfect for shopping enthusiasts, with Platinum Fashion Mall and Pratunam Market just a short walk away. The BTS Skytrain is also nearby, making it super convenient to explore the rest of Bangkok. Room: Our room was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The large windows offered a stun view of the city skyline, especially during the evenings. The bed was plush, and the room was we equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Service: The staff at Vela Dhi Glow Hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the warm check-in to their quick responses to any of our requests, their service truly made our stay enjoyable. Facilities: The hotel offers great facilities, including a rooftop pool, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day of shopping and exploring. The gym was also well-equipped, and we appreciated the clean and well-maintained common areas. Food: We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good mix of Thai and international dishes. Hotel location is right beside pratunam market and 3 mins walk to platinum mall. Considered good location but requires long walk of about 15 mins walk to nearest Chitlom BTS which can be quite taxing, but will not be a problem if you are going to just depend on grab or tuktuk. Hotel cleanliness is good and staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby comes with a massage service place where quality of the massage is not too bad with reasonable prices. Downside is there quite be mosquito there trying to sting you which happened to be the case for me, hence i was about to really enjoy the massage. Bed is relatively comfortable but pillow is too soft despite asking for a harder one so downside for me. The showering head water pressure was quite small on the first day, and better after asking the staff to check on it which they changed the shower head to another one for us. Overall a comfortable stay for us and may consider staying here again in the future.

Love the location where all the shopping is within the area! You got your morning market, night market, platinum mall, December, all round the corner! Love the 24 hours McDonalds and a stone throw away from the massage and 7-11. Went during the Xmas week and for my birthday and anniversary. Love the details to the celebrations by placing cookies during Christmas, cake and animal towels during birthday n anniversary. Such a nice touch! Thank you! Room is of a bit of age but all is well. Shower water pressure is just nice! Each floor came with a nice smell air freshener at the lift area. Love the bar! The signature drink is a must order! Only wish that they could operate the bar till a later timing like 12 am. Staffs are friendly and flexible! Great smiles too! The massage at the hotel lobby is good too! Went 3 times! Also saw that there is excursion service but I did not engage. However saw there price for airport transfer quite reasonable. To improve lift space, lift is of a smaller size. Swimming pool is small to swim but dun think it has been an issue since most pple there shopping should be their priority. Overall would go back if the price is not high.
