Very good experience
Overall experience at GLOW is good. Staff are able to converse in simple english and are able to understand what I need. Rooms are also very big and very clean. Staffs are friendly and overall experience is good. :) Location is good too as platinum mall is just diagonally opposite.

4 stars hotel, 5 stars charges
Good location for cheap stuffs shopping, big room, big and clean toilet, thin carpet at corridor, artificial wood flooring in the room, nice bed, pillow too soft, wifi sucks, no direct lifts, seafood restaurant nice but not cheap, Spa so so, few 7-11 around.

Not too good Service at Reception
Location is good for shopping around here. Reception staff : Whenever u asked the staff for anything related to your stay, the answer is always no. And each time the excuse is because we are fully booked. No more rooms to make any change, no extra room even if you want to pay to extend check out time and stay for extra half a day before you catch your flight. The hotel lobby is too dark and lifts are stuffy. The breakfast spread & food standard however is very good and I commend the head chef to be always around to check. Beds are no longer good as they are now too soft. Likely because the hotel is already a few years old. I have stayed here twice before over the years.

Room aircon system is not adjustable
The aircon in the room is fantastic cold. The system is not allowed to adjust to more higher degree. Whole night cannot sleep well.
