Location- Walking distance from Nana BTS, also near a 24hrs Macdonald, some eateries and 7-11. Room- spacious and clean. Wifi connection is fast, only down side is required to re-log everytime you go out and return. Meal- did not opt to include breakfast so cannot commend on the food. Overall, good option for the price.

It is a new hotel with new furniture but facilities are not up to standard. Water heater is not working well, especially at night, when i had to let the water run for 5 to 10 mins before it get heated up. Wifi connection is non-existent. Hotel renovation is still in progress and drilling sounds could be heard from my room in the late morning. With the same price, i could probably get a hotel with better facilities that is also near to a BTS station.

Did qaurantine here. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were superb and handled everything very professionally. The food was pretty decent, typical Thai style Western infusion. Only downside was the size of the meals were a little normal, but other than that.. Great option for quarantine stay.

Food was cheap and cold. Out of the two weeks quarantine. 2 meals were warm and had taste. Despite the ASQ notes, wasn't allowed to use fitness room. No explanation offered by the hotel. When I left, no assistance from the hotel with transport. Security guard did his best but language was a problem. The plus, good room and location.

New hotel but empty and muted. Disappointing..”
We stayed for 2 nights. I expected four stars hotel service and new clean room but far under expection. The hotel is renovated recently and new, but empty and muted.. And I was shocked that the bed frame was brand new covered with the plastic vinyl still.. Breakfast restaurant was also shocking. It is not buffet style, (stainless pots are displayed but empty..) they take orders from the menu(bread, sausages, egges, drinks.. that's it.)... It was disappointing breakfast. The location was good, quite close to/from the BTS Nana station, but the streets getting to the hotel is too heptic with traffic, people and shops. Staffs were kind and nice though.

I had to pay 6 baht for making a local call, which is rather unreasonable given that this is not a hostel or a budget hotel. Hotel is still in the midst of renovation and should only be opened to public when ready. The only perk is that it is located near to Nana BTS station. However, the street linking BTS to hotel seems sleazy.

Place was dirty,pillows had yellow stains,the walls are so thin could here next room talking and snoring,that’s when the disco in basement wasn’t on was so loud and the bass was unbelievable every night 9-3,shower and toilet was good bed was comfortable food was mostly ok also this was an ASQ hotel wouldn’t come back for sure dissatisfied for the money it cost

It takes 7 minutes to reach Nana BTS Station. Staffs are very nice and friendly. I stayed at Glow Ao Nang Krabi when I was in Ao Nang, its also very good so I choose Glow again to stay in Bangkok. Other rooms are rather noisy and many *** visitors. I dont recommend you stay here if you travel alone.
