Not a very strategic location but the hotel have everything to provide for people with minimum budget. Pro: - Nice breakfast. - Cozy stay. - Provide facilities such as Wi-Fi, iron, water dispenser and car park. - Can rent a CD if you need. Con: - No toiletries. (Need to buy by yourself.) - Moderate cleanliness. - Doesn't have a lot of TV channel. - Quite far to make a turn to the town.

This is the 3rd times staying while on my way to Thailand. As usual, staffs are polite and helpful. Hotel has 2 floors of modern rooms that comes with quality sanitary fittings in bathroom. Little breakfast in the morning is include in the stay with nasi-lemak, toasted bread, coffee and tea.

It’s just a place to overnight. The interior of the hotel is needing attention as the wallpaper is peeling off. The water is slow for the sink and toilet bowl, but shower is good. The room is not soundproof as can hear conversation from the room outside. The breakfast is simple but good. Overall the price is reasonable for the night stay.

Asking for a baby cot, received a confirmation email from the hotel itself saying that the request has been noted & will be provided. When arrived, the reception says that the hotel does not have baby cot & she is unsure who reply the email. The blanket & bed sheet not clean. Wifi is excellent at the lobby but not available in the room.

My opinion is that Agoda should periodically experience by your good self on the condition and environment of the said hotel prior recommended to the purchaser. With disappointed that what we saw in the Agoda scene on the said hotel condition is not what we get. There is a huge gap on the time lapsed between photos posted by Agoda compared to current condition of the said hotel. tq.

The toilet was not cleaned. Urine stains were all over the toilet. There were dead small roaches. Wardrobe was dusty. The smell of the room was awful. Overall, very bad satisfactions.
