It was our first time in Dumaguete before our trip back to Manila. The hotel was situated right beside Robinsons Mall and walking distance from McDonalds. The staff and everyone kept us comfortable in our short time there. Definitely will take the hotel again should we come back in the future.

First of all. Is it worth the price? I say, YES!! If there is only a great promo but for less than 24 hours paying 1,500 plus (Booking website may be varied) I think it is not good enough. I want to talk about my experience in go hotel but the feedback section is limited. I'll just make it short. The location, cleanliness, staff, and facilities are EXCELLENT. Suggestion: I hope they can add a bathroom rug. I hope there's free breakfast. I hope they can ask the guest first if we would like to have a connected room or not. Overall it was a great experience.

This place is worth the price. It doesn't have any neighbor but you can ask the receptionist to call for a tricycle. Staff are accommodating. They let us check in earlier for free. They even gave bunch of free coffee. Also love the bed. ❤️

Good place to stay when in Dumaguete”
Good hotel that is nearby the biggest shopping center in Dumaguete. Place is quiet and the room are pretty spacious. Had a restful overnight stay! Will come back!

The hotel was nice and clean and comfortable and the staff is great. I like the simplicity. And the location is great too. I gave the “facilities” only 3 stars due to the heat pump being under repair for all five days of my stay. This is 2019. Why would it take 5 days or even 2 days to fix or replace a heat pump? It wasn’t a major inconvenience and I know hot water is not a priority in many places in the philippines but it was a bit of a let down. The internet also was slightly annoying as it asked every time for the login and to activate even when simply switching from app to app. I will definitely stay here again but wanted to give my honest assessment. I do like this hotel very much.

Checked in for three days for my daughter’s birthday. Was exhausted and nauseous when I arrived at around 7am. I requested for an early check-in. The receptionist informwd me of a possible early check-in fee. When I checked out 3 days later, she said she waived the early check-in fee. I was sick the whole time due to pregnancy and they gave me the privacy I needed and allowed my family to visit me. Will kee on coming back to Go Hotel because of the convenience and the staff.

Hotel is basic and price is value for money. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel location is its greatest asset. Walking distance to Robinson's mall. McDo and Jollibee is close by as well as the Ceres Bus terminal. Will definitely use the hotel next time I am in Dumaguete and will recommend it to friends.

No restaurant and phone for outgoing calls compared to other hotels. I stayed here for 5 days and the wifi is not consistent. Its signal is always poor but if you are just going for social media its okay but not for watching videos. Room was clean and the bed and linens are fresh and comfy!
