Exceptional Service, Experience and Great Accomodation”
Exceptional Service Staff, Great Experience had left my luggage, and went to Fansipan Legend in morning to see sunrise of the mountains before the reception had open, without knowing or informing was glad to know from them they had safe keep our stuff in the baggage store, and very clean, greeted with great scenery view of hostel, nearby the Sapa city centre, and great accommodation and breakfast yummy!

Very nice hotel with gorgeous view”
We stayed 2 nights and it was very nice. Very quiet private room, nice bathroom, eventough the room can get a little damp they have a dehumidifier. Location is great because it is 5min walk to downtown and far away enough to avoid the noise. Breakfast included is correct and free.

What you pay is what you get”
The prices are cheaper which means the facilities aren't that great as well. The room was a bit old and dark, and we had a really hard time with the lock. The staff, however, were friendly and accommodating.

ANOTHER HIKE AFTER THE HIKE”
This hostel is located at the top of a hill, and it about a 10-15minute walk away from SaPa Town Centre. 10-15minutes depends on how sore your legs already are after trekking through the valleys. However, the facilities are clean and well maintained, it's a pretty chill hostel and I'd definitely come back next time.

Slippers are provided, so the floor of the entire hostel is quite clean as no one is to wear their own footwear inside. There's a PC for guests to use.

Nice common room”
It’s located a little bit outside of the center but you can walk easily. The girl at the reception is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is not wonderful but ok. Bed hard but comfortable blankets.

Stolen Items”
Don't leave your stuff in their storage room even if they tell you to. We did when we went on the fansipan hike. They insisted we put our bags there because the said they needed the lockers for other guest. I had a hoodie stolen out of that room and they refuse to take any responsibility.

I really angry , because the hostel have bad smell, blanket dirty ( not change for long ) . The staff ( reception or owner ) so badly . She don't want to speak and not respect guests .

confortable and friendly place”
I super like and missed the whole structure of Go Sapa Hotel! It's a great backpacker hostel to stay for days and nights. Staffs are so thoughtful allow and provide store room to baggage storage, shower for clean up for guest haven't check-in (as some backpacker arrived Sapa early in the morning, like 6AM, and the check-in time is 12PM). This is the big point I like Go Sapa Hotel most. Besides, they have very comfortable common area for backpacker hanging around, playing guitar, and books. For the next time I will definitely go for this Hotel again to recall nice memory there.

Nice place to get away ”
Go Sapa Hotel is a no bells and whistles hostel, as the price suggests. You really can't go wrong for the price, and despite some shortcomings I would certainly go back. First the positives: the French toast! We had it four morning in a row and it was amazing, and it was only 40,000 dong! The hostel is up a hill and a tad out of town, but the view from the common area is amazing. We spent a lot of time hanging out there (despite the uncomfortable chairs) and enjoying the view. We had our laundry done while there, it was reasonably priced and well done. The negatives: the room got very stuff at night. There is no air conditioning, and despite having the door open at night (which let bugs in the room), it was pretty hot and stuffy. The bathroom was not so amazing. It is shared by a lot of people and it shows. It was dirty most of the time we were there, sometimes there wasn't any toilet paper left. I took a very quick shower one morning because it just didn't feel clean in there. One final negative was the wifi, which was spotty and actually didn't work when I was in my bunk. Despite some shortcomings, it was an overall pleasant experience and for the price, I'd be happy to go back.

Lovely room with friendly landlady & staffs”
The distance from hotel to Sapa's center is short but the road is not good due to many contrucstion. But the hotel is good, with very friendly landlady and all staffs. The view of hotel is also very good. Khoảng cách từ khách sạn đến trung tâm Sapa (nhà thờ đá) rất gần, nhưng đường đi khá bụi bẩn vì nhiều khách sạn xây dựng. Khung cảnh nhìn từ khách sạn ra phía đồi núi khá đẹp, chủ quán và nhân viên thân thiện.

Value for money”
Hotel is easy to find from Sapa square. However it is up a long hill. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dorm bed with 6 ppl in total. Bed is made everyday. Staff alse let me bathe after my fansipan hike. She's so nice! My only problem is the mosquito. So many of them and big lol.

good backpackers hostel with nice view”
We got a private room in Go Sapa Hotel. It had a nice view of the mountains. The common area is very good and you meet people from across the world. The breakfast was cheap tasted good. They provide bikes for rent which was a plus. The staff was very helpful despite not speaking good English. Our room wasn't very clean, but for the price it was ok. It's located at walk able distance from the market where you can do all the shopping and eating. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Decent backpackers hotel with great view”
The hostel is located a bit out of town (10 min walk) but that is great. Sapa town itself is not so nice in my opinion, being a bit outside Go Sapa Hotel is in a calm area with absolutely gorgeous views. Nice terrace to enjoy the views. Dorm and facilities were what you expect in a backpackers hostel. Being a bit of an older traveler I noticed that the guest of the hostel were in general a bit younger. They were all nice, but I felt a bit out of place. Staff were professional but could do their job with a bit more of a smile.

Really nice hostel to stay, friendly owners”
The photos taken as same as the hostel in real. Really nice hostel to stay. Convenient from the bus station ( Sapa Express, Good morning Sapa, ..a few buses I still remember), just 5 mins walking, 10-15 mins to Ham Rong mountain and 30 mins walking to Cat cat village. The staff and owners were friendly.
