        Best experience ever!”

        The actual hostel (lobby, common area, room and private bathroom) is even better than the photos! Super stylish and tasteful decor. Room is spacious and clean. Best part, the shower water temp and pressure is excellent. The only thing to be aware is that because this house is 55 years old, the sound proof is poor. In a way it's good because you can get up at 9am. Shouldn't be much of a problem unless you're a light sleeper. The owner was very nice too, even gave us a parting gift (handmade coaster)

        We really loved this place”

        Goin is in an old-style house, with a bar on the first floor (we never did figure out the hours of said bar, but we were only there for 2 nights) and common areas on the upper floors, with rooms to stay in. The room is simple and comfortable, in a charming vintage style with vintage Taiwanese floors, walls, chairs and tables and a comfortable, clean bed. What I really liked was that the bathrooms were not similarly vintage - nobody wants an old bathroom! - they were modern and new. We didn't see the staff much, but they were very friendly, leaving notes on our door. There isn't a front desk per se, but it didn't matter. This is a really nice alternative to 'business hotels', and is an affordable option in a very central location ( a short walk to Shennong Street, right off of the lively part of Hai'an Road and the Water Fairy Market). Our room came with a mini-fridge, TV and good wifi, with secure modern locks. The atmosphere, I think, is especially attractive to couples and young travelers - most of the other guests seemed to be twentysomethings.

        I really enjoyed my stay here in Tainan. The owner's hospitality is beyond borders, very friendly, very helpful. The place is decorated in vintage with unique artsy taste of the owners. The bar at the 1st floor serving best of cocktail I ever had. Definitely go back again.

        Friendliest attitude and best services ever encounter so far from Agoda. Street foods are everywhere once you out on the street and public transports within walking distance. One place that worth revisit once in Tainan!

        I was pleasantly surprised that everything looks the same as in the photos. There’s only one downside about GOIN, is the sound insulation between floors. Other than that, I’m in love with everything! And the location is great, too! Will definitely come back next time: )

        Beautiful trendy place, ideally located. Lovely decoration , great space and atmosphere, and very confortable bathroom, amazingly designed. Friendly welcome with efficient communication before arrival. Nothing was lacking. Be aware that it is a guest house, not a hotel. Breakfast nearby or at the market on the other side of the main avenue.

        Beautifully designed and renovated, combining a traditional aesthetic with contemporary details. Owned and managed by the world's friendliest couple.         Comfortable stay in Tainan”

        It is not near train station, but there is bus stop nearby to take you there. It is near to the famous Shennong Street and lots of famous eateries. The owners are helpful and I had really enjoyed my stay.
