Will definitely stay again in this property when i come back to Jakarta. The room is pretty great and clean, also i loved the view ( the sea and the pool ). The facilities at the apartment are so remarkable. It’s very near to public places too. And Also The owner and staff are so helpful. Love the property!

The best stay at PIK”

The view is beautifull, direct sea and mangrove view. The unit furniture is new and artistic. Kiddos are very happy to swim in the large pools. There are 3 pools with different depth. The stores are also right under the apartment, so you will be easy to find Indomaret or Familymart. Room for improvement: - inform the guest that they have to put deposit - inform the guest not to use high power electricity simultaneously - clean dust under the bed

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wish to stay longer in Jakarta. The apartment and the whole building is still new, very convenient to many places such as mall, busway, food plaza, bars and convenience stores and supermarket. The host is very responsive and polite. Facilities are nice too, big swimming pool and its clean. The building is also well-maintained and clean. Unfortunately i wasnt able to try theit gym. But hopefully on my next trip to jakarta, i will. This place felt like my 2nd home indeed and i felt like living like a local. Good value for money and for its location. Overall, it was an awesome experience.

Location is extremely near to the international airport of Jakarta with nearby shopping mall few minutes away. Apartment is clean and comfortable, extremely cosy with indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Best location if you are always on the move as heading to the airport is less than 30 mins!

I have been traveling a lot and love to experience new hotel or check out some new cool places to stay for couple of days. For this staycation, I choose this apartment to spend a night and already plan to go back there very soon! The staff is helpful and the owner is very responsive. The room was very clean, the AC and water heater work properly. The view such a big bonus. I got the room with sea view on 7th floor. Such an amazing experience, waking up with the view Will come back later. Also the staff very responsif. Love it

It was a nice stay experience.. Everything in the apartment was quite new, so everything was nice and clean. Just an input to keep the ac started before the guest arrived so that we can enter the apartment already in a cool condition. Thanks for the good hospitality!!

Place located near many restaurants. Greeted by friendly staff. Around 20 mins to airport. Room super clean and neat. Provide some kitchen amenities. The view also good from the balcony :) will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Good location and helpful staff”

Their staff were really helpful. One night I was really thirsty and thought that the 2 bottles of compliment water aren't enough for us. But, all the minimarket was already closed. But, Pak Dawi with all his effort give us additional 3 bottles walking from another tower in 11pm. Their kindness is beyond expextation. The room is very clean. Nice view too. We stayed 2 nights. This property is like airbnb more rather than hotel.
