Gold Coast Private Apartments

We had a two bedroom apartment on the 31st floor. Lovely apartment with spectacular sea and city views. The second bedroom is internal with no windows so you may have to arm wrestle to decide who gets the bedroom with the view. Excellent location in the heart of all the shops and restaurants, beach three minutes walk away, public transport literally on the doorstep. Highly recommended.

We stayed 5 nights in the apartment. It has 2 bedrooms with majestic view of the ocean. It was clean, quite spacious living room and have all you need for doing your own cooking and washing (cooking utensils, cooking ware, washing machine and dryer). The apartment building is within Hilton Hotel building which we upon arriving quite unsure off, only after being told by Dan (point of contact) that we have to enter the hotel lobby in order to access the apartment. The location was great ie at the centre of everything in surfers paradise. Just 1 min to tram cavill avenue station, ~3 min walk to the beach, got many halal eateries nearby namely Shiraaz Kebab, Baha Kebab, 2 mins to woolworth to buy anything we want, and many sourvenir shops.. The noise from nighclubs for us living at 7th floor didnt really disturb us from having good sleeps.. Overall, we got excellent stay there and really had a memorable stay in gold cost..

Cozy apartment that fits us nicely for a family with 2 young children. Location is superb, just right above the tram station. Room is spacious and clean with full amenities. Though the cooking area is a tight on space, it is enough for us to prepare simple meals. Will stay again.

The room had a real bad smell, unless you opened all the windows/doors and kept them opened. The smell was like a wet, moudly smell - which wasn't ideal especially with young children around. We also had to move the lounge back as we dropped something and there was all rubbish and food scraps left under it. It was not very hygenic and the bed quilt was yellow and old. I think we would have been better off paying that bit extra and book through Hilton properly.

Great location, near tram stop, eateries, beach, shops and supermarkets. stay at Level 20th and 24th (2 bedroom apt) awesome view. able to see sun rises every morning. Host and management are also very helpful and friendly.

The room was neat and the location was superb.

Strategic location. 20 meters to Cavil Avenue Tram Station and 5 minutes walk to surfers paradise. Big apartment with full of cooking facilities. Totally suitable for family. Management of the apartment need to be more friendly and helpful rather than too cold. Friendly and kind owner (Mr Stephen), Mr Tony (sincere and helpful maintenance guy) and also (Mr Jaime)

Good location and share the facilities with Hilton, but no free wifi actually, satisfied with other aspects.

No Wi-Fi even though they advertised that they do. No queen bed, it's a double bed. It says no safe box but there was actually a safe box. They said no coffee plunger when I asked but there was a plunger. Privacy was compromised because there was a gap between two bathrooms. You can hear everything what's happening in the other bathroom. The shower booth door in the en suite does not close properly and you will have water everywhere on the floor after shower. No response from the manager when help is required. Once they have your credit card number, they're gone. Two TVs but one remote control(with flat batteries) Dirty towels & dust built up at places. Address advertised here is wrong. So many rules re penalty which isn't really shared here - they will give you when you arrive so you have no choice but to agree. Noisy at night due to clubs around the building on the weekend. building itself was enjoyable but would not book through this provider (goldcoast private apartments)

Booked a 2 bedroom service apartment for a family of 6. It is overall a thumb up from me on location, shopping, food and beach. Pro: - Value for money with Hilton facilities and environment - Safe security - nice pool for children - complimentary parking lot if you rent a car - fully furnished apartment with cooking equipment con: - no housekeeping for my 3 days' stay - limited bathroom space for shower area - inssuficient shower and shampoo gels - unstable wi-fi connection - -

Location was great. The tram station, bus stop to theme parks, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach are all within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is spacious and clean with fully functional kitchen and the kitchenware are in good conditions. Big balcony as well and great view during sunset. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would highly recommend it!

Location was prime. Walking distance to beach and shuttle buses stopping right in front of the hotel entrance. All items in the room are of excellent condition and all necessities are readily available. Would definitely stay here if given the chance again.

We are a family of 4 - the apartment is clean and spacious, well located with amenities / facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Price is reasonable, perfect host and location. The place is clean and comes with free carpark, would definitely go back again.

The tram station is just beside it, shopping and eateries just downstairs. The beach and supermarket are within 5min walk. Big balcony nice view and clean. Added 1 bed which is the sofa bed, it's bad can feel the spring, end up sleeping on sofa instead. Be prepared to wait for the lift, 3 lifts but 1 lift broke down and 1 was reserved for VIPs or 2 reserved for VIPs.

Everything were good and clean. However, it was very noisy every night where pub and bar were located directly below the apartment.

Just situated in the heart of surfers paradise and the apartment is spacious. Free parking also.
