terrible customer service of hotel in Egypt. the owner is a racism, shouted to clients, no respect at all. Location is in the inside alley, not good. Window view is facing to other buildings. the worse part is the owner kept asking you how you feel in Egypt, if you said not good, he began to judge your country. My country is not a issue of staying in hotel at all. He is a absolute racist. Be careful.!!

The rooms are really nice, we even got a balcony and the bed were bigger than expected ! It’s clean and homey, and you can enjoy a great time in the sun on the rooftop or in the pool- Also, Altayeb will take care of you as he is the most caring person in town. He will give you great advice and make your stay really comfortable:)

Me and my girlfriend stayed here during our travels in Egypt 🇪🇬. We found it was really clean and reasonably priced. In comparison to others we stayed in for the same price over the 3 weeks we were here, this was by far the nicest!! Would recommend 👌

Confortable et tranquille”
Nous avons eu une chambre confortable, et l'hôtel est spacieux et tranquille. Le rooftop est très appréciable, et dans le hall le personnel propose toujours du thé et il y a du wifi, contrairement aux chambres. C'est très bien placé, sur la rive ouest de Luxor qui est bien plus tranquille. La traversée coûte 5 pounds par personne.

친절한 호스트와 가성비 높은 호텔입니다. 넓고 깨끗한 방을 제공하며 공용 페리와 가까운 곳에 위치하여 룩소르동안으로 편하게 여행할 수 있으며 숙소에서 조금만 걸어나와도 강변뷰가 아름다운 카페와 레스토랑이 있아 편하게 식사를 할 수 있었다. 류프탑에서 먹은 아침 식사도 이집트 현지식을 체험할 수 있어 좋았으며 아침 일찍 루프탑네 나와 룩소르 서안에 떠오르는 벌룬이 매우 아름다웠다. 조용하게 쉬면서 룩소르를 여행하려는 여행자에게 꼭 추천한다.

Нет обогрева на кондиционере, при жалобе на холод предложили "надышать в комнате". Завтрак судный. Не смотря на то что мы заехали на 3 часа позже, никто не включил водонагреватель и по приезду не было горячей воды. На 2 человек дали 1 полотенце.

Очень приветливый менеджер дал советы о посещении достопримечательностей. Номер: удобный, с балконом, с просторной ванной. Крыша -чудесное место для вечернего отдыха, встречи заката и завтрака. Цена порадовала. Очень советуем!
