Great location and Awesome staff ”
This place was suggested to us by our friends who came for their honeymoon. When we arrived early - they let us sit by the pool and order some food and drinks while we waited for our room. Within 20 mins our room was ready and easy to access. The location is literally across the street from the southern gate to the Old City, which was great! The staff was VERY friendly and extremely helpful for any and all questions or requests. The complimentary breakfast was simple and good - with a chef to make fresh eggs along with other things to eat. Each day they provided 4 complimentary waters and there were also some complimentary teas and snacks in the lobby, which were tasty. The room was large and clean. The only slightly downside was the shower water temp did not stay consistently hot but it was nothing that would prevent us from going back. We loved staying here and would love to stay again on a future trip back to Chiang Mai. We would definitely recommend this place.

Exception Deal at Incredible Location”
We had a really good stay at the hotel, the staff was very helpful and provided valuable information that helped us with our business trip. The restaurant staff was also very helpful and catered to our individual requests. The rooms offering a view of its hotel's pool through its large windowss were large and spacious with it's own sofa set and even had a walk-in closet of a sort. The best thing about this hotel was its location. It's literally just a few meters from the Chiang Mai gate and minutes away from the Anusarn Market, Kalare Market, Night Bazaar and the Chiang Mai Walking Street. Even though it's not located within the popular Niman, it's not that far off. On the whole, this hotel offered a very comfortable stay at an exceptionally affordable rate, which left us with more to spend during our stay.

My wife and I would recommend staying here. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. The hotel provided complementary packaged snacks in a fridge located in the hotel lobby which was nice. The location was good. Our room was very quiet.

Our second stay at Golden Bell Hotel”
This was are second stay at Golden Bell Hotel and we were happy this time as well. The hotel has a very good location. It is almost in the city center, but in a small and calm street. We had a deluxe room which is highly recommended if you need a little bit bigger space. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast had a big selection. The staff is also friendly, they gave us one hour before check in time the room. The only negative thing during our stay is the swimmingpool, which is too cold. The hotel has a very good price - quality ratio.

Location is close to chiang mai gate with the market amd night time eateries and Saturday market. Rooms are well equipped even with hairdryer. The only downside was to properly adjust water temperature in the shower. Tv has international news channel,keyless entry for such price it is fantastic.

Great and warm service, convenient location ”
I have stay with yr hotel for 3 days and definitely it brings me and my friend a good memory of our trip and great choice of choosing your hotel. It is not a big hotel but is warm and home feel. Not big but all facilities I expected they can provided, with a swimming pool and it’s quite clean. They also Provide free juices and biscuit in the counter. Every staff is nice and cheerful and they will specially greet you even they are busy in their work. They also help us to arrange zipline tour and pick up and also taxi to airport. Breakfast not much choices but omelet and soup noodle was impressive and I hv it everyday during my stay. There is some space to improve is that, the water pressure not too stable and sudden turn cold, also the door not closing too smooth and takes some technique to open it. Overall, I will recommend to tourist who come Chiangmai. Close to sat night market, opposite to local market, easy to find and well known by the driver in there.

The pool is very cool and relaxing and the hotel is clean and well located just far enough away from the road to be quiet. Great food market every night just over the road. Helpful and efficient staff. Highly recommend for short or long terms stays in Chiangmai.
