No hot water in shower ”
The staff was ok. They tried to give me a windowless room on arrival. Said no and they gave me a smaller room with window and promised a change the next day. They gave me a new room , next door, that was better. Still no hot water even after running it for 25 minutes. Breakfast was included and was ok. Hardly any clients in the hotel. Agoda did not properly represent the hotel and probably has not checked it. On check out I was charged forty baht for the free water. Turns out , the water, room temp, on top of the refer was free, not in the refer. Cultural orientation ? Also the first room was missing beverages from the mini bar , which I’m sure I would have been charged for if I hadn’t checked. Also the evening mosquito coils burning in the halls was negative. This is a seven story hotel and if I was up a few there would not have been mosquitos. I suspect they tried to keep everyone on the first floor for ease of service by staff. This was not good value for money. Staff was nice

Weak water supply & no warm water for shower !!!”
The moment we check in the hotel it was dark at the lobby & counter and room was smell of smoke , side table lamp not working , poor internet connection ,worst is no warm water supply in the bathroom . this is the worst experience I ever stay in this hotel . we will not stay in this hotel again . beware of the staff , the mini bar in your room even you not taking the drink they will try to charge you additional during your check out ! stay at your own risk!!!!!

The only positive feature for me is location . No privacy from outside on the first floor except to keep curtains pulled at all times. The breakfast is unappealing. There is mold between the bathroom tiles... during dry season.

ロケーションは良いし、国境からも近いので便利。地図の提供や対応がもう少し良ければ、この価格ではGoodなホテルだと思う。小さなヤモリが住み着いているのは、少し嫌だった。

ロケーションは、思ったよりイミグレーションより遠く徒歩は困難。周りにも余り何もありませんが、しばらく歩くとセブンはあります。静かで、ビューも悪くないです

低価格の割には広くて清潔な部屋でした。 アメニティに不足はなく、ホテルのレストランも美味しかったです。 地域的な問題かもしれませんが、停電が頻発するのとWiFiが故障のため仕様不可の時がありました。 またシャワーは滞在中お湯が出たのは1度だけでした。 道を挟んだところに食事がとれるレストランが複数あり、バイクタクシーポイントもすぐ近くなので便利です。

表通りに近く、バス停にも近くて便利。 バスタブがあり、ゆっくりくつろげる。 ルームサービスが比較的安価で利用しやすいが、タイの食事と比較するとやや油っぽいと感じる。 ミャンマーのホテルは初めてで、英語やタイ語での質問には、やや問題はあったが、目的は達成できた。(日本語は全くダメ） なお、ホテルバウチャーを提示したが、更にデポジットを要求され支払ったが、チェックアウト時にデポジットの返却に時間がかかった。
