I and my family really thankful for the kindness of the manager staff of golden crown hotel, mr randy jay ..i bought zippo 350MOP from hardrock macau and i cannot bring back that zippo through flight (macau airport regulation) with time constrain, i do not know what to do cause its time for me to depart/fly to malaysia..huu..but i am really glad, meet mr randy and he help me a lot by taking this zippo and return back to hardrock macau..today, hardrock macau call me and help me to change to other merchandise and send it by pos.. Tq mr randy jay for your kindness..i want to give him money for his service but he refuse to take.. Tq golden crown china hotel..lucky u have staff like mr randy jay.. very polite, helpful and kind

A Serene Stay in Bustling Macau”
Its near Taipa square very close to Old Taipa Village.. If you want a quite stay in Macau this should be one of the best choices you have. Staffs are awesome in communication, always ready for assistance. Some speak excellent English. I stayed there for three night and asked for a quite room. They gave me a room on the 17th floor with an excellent hill view. Three bus stops are located nearby. Even you will find a hiking track. And yes! Excellent food for room service. Moreover, they provide a shuttle service to downtown. Only one flaw is breakfast had very limited options

Right across street.from Macao airport. Rooms are spacious and super clean. The view of a perfect sunrise is spectacular. Light rail station nearby covers the entire Macao strip. Buses take you everywhere in between. Best value for money!

Airport is just 1 to 3mins away from this hotel, literally when youare on the lobby, you just need to cross the road and you are now at the lobby of Macau International Airport. Food is good and buffet type. Room is full of toiletries, clean and spacious.

My first time to travel with my parents who are both senior citizens (65y.o.). and my Mum is using a cane/wheelchair. The hotel is literally ACROSS the departure lobby of the airport. Arriving at midnight, we don't have to take taxi anymore. Breakfast is simple and of few selection, but still ok than to look for food every morning. BEST part, we saved a lot of money by maximizing the use of hotel/casino free shuttles. :)

Perfect for Macau airport”
Needed to be close to Macau airport for an early flight the next day. This was a perfect choice for that but a bit out of town if you want the casinos. We got a taxi into town really easily to eat though. Breakfast was plentiful and started from 6:30 so perfect for our early flight and our rooms were marvellous with all facilities you would need. Their hotel guide and menu was in Chinese and English too which was very helpful. Only downside was the bed was hard which stopped my other half from sleeping comfortably but not me!

Pros - near airport, though it’s not that near to historic places of macau it provides free shuttle to different hotels and other locations. This hotel allows you to leave your luggage after check out. Clean and friendly stuff. They also allow us to check in early. Cons - on and off wifi connection and room lights. They only have lampshades.

I love how it is just opposite to Macau Airport. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staffs are polite and helpful. I have graded "Good" for the facilities because their wifi is not consistent. No wifi signal in the room but is strong in the bathroom. I stayed in the bathroom for this which is uncomfortable. That is only the downside I have for this hotel. Everything else is five star.

All staff and employees are friendly, room are clean , just a walk in the airport and you can take a free bus ride to where some spot tourist atractions , hotels and casino’s , highly recommend this place ,,, i would love to stay here again...

This hotel is just opposite the Macau airport. It is very convenience for us to go to The Parisian and The Venetian as there are free shuttle bus provided by those hotel that we can take at the airport. Overall the hotel is ok but the breakfast is only limited choice and the room seems abit old design.
