Staff were not attentive. Worst Hotel Ever !”
Poor Hotel . Poor Room !
the hotel condition is poor. Room was smelly. Aircondition was hot. I was travelling around for business and this hotel makes me rather check out than staying. Bed was a layer of mattress. Pillow was smelly an stain. Breakfast is poor and like a street food. Everyone smoke in the restaurant. Staff were not attentive and give a bad image . should do an inspection to this property before publish .

Good room, clean and the staff is friendly
Its a good hotel with a good position and have many restaurants near the hotel. Also, you can see the beach from it windows, I have a good vacation in this hotel

The bed smelt , the sheet didn't fit the bed , shower flooded the bathroom after 2 mins use, breakfast was not to our taste(western) , nobody at reception had more than a smattering of English(I know it's there country blah blah) but when your advertising for customers on western websites I'd have thought they might have learnt a few basic words.

Dont believe the pictures on the website”
Internet was pretty fast the 1st day we were there.
The room had not finished being built. Still pipes etc sticking out of wall. There is no pool at this hotel yet the pictures show there is. The Jacuzzi does not work. The hot water doesn't work sometimes.

Hotel ok, breakfast pretty good. For a cheap, value hotel we were relatively happy. Not the greatest location, a little far from Halong Bay town.

Notre premiere impression a ete tres positive, nous etions loge ds un grand immeuble, qui avait l'air neuf. arrives a l'accueil, nous avons note que le personnel ne parlait pas du tout anglais. Pas genant au debut car ils etaient tous tres gentil et plutot professionnel (tenue professionnelle, un portier, bagagiste...) C'est lorsaue nous avons demande a profiter de l'espace sauna/hammam/massage aue tout s'est degrade. ils ont soi disant eu un "probleme" avec le spa. en realite, en jetan un coup d'oeil a tous les etages, ns avons vu des fauteuils de massage completement abandonnes au 8eme etage. a se demander si l'hotel n'etait pa en faillite. Il y a eu plusieurs coupurs d'electricite, et durant cette coupure, le personnel nous regardait sans rien faire... Concernant le petit dejeuner, il b'est pa du tout adapte a notre palet. la clientele est en grande partie chinoise, dc la nourriture leur plaisait plus particulierement. Concernant la chambre, nous avions une suite VIP, la plus chere. tres bien a premiere vue, jusqu'a ce qu'on prenne une douche et qu'il y qit une fuite. Derniere chose, l'hotel est loin de tout ! a eviter.

Hotel Décevant et situé au milieu de nul part”
aucun point positif il est nul
Nous avons passé 15 jours dans des hôtels moins chers ayant moins d'étoiles où nous avons été mieux accueilli et où les chambres étaient plus petites certe mais plus propres. La moquette était sale, la salle de bain pas finie du fait à chaque douche c'était l'inondation assurée. Personnel inexistant. Petit déjeuner vraiment horrible, rien pour les continentaux même le thé et le café étaient dégeux La situation géographique de l'hôtel est vraiment très éloignée du centre ville il faut plus de une heure pour s'y rendre à pieds.

Nous avions séjourné 4 nuits en catégorie Superior Double dans cet hôtel cauchemardesque. Nous avions dû changer pour une petite chambre où le chauffage n'est pas adapté pour la pièce. La salle de bain est inondée chaque jour : jointures quasi inexistante. Le passage de l'aspirateur, le changement des nappes dans la salle à manger... n'ont jamais été faits.

isoliert gelegenes Hotel am Rande von Bai Chay”
sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service
Die Lage am Stadtrand von Bay Chay-unter anderem ca. 3-4km vom Bootsableger für die Halong-Touren entfernt ist nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert. Das Hotel selbst ist eher ein Durchgangshotel für täglich wechselnde Gäste aus China. Demtentsprechend sehen auch die Teppichböden aus. Das VIP-Zimmer ist bis auf den Boden von der Ausstattung und von der Größe ansprechend. Hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet im 9. Stock. Ganz besonderen Dank gilt May, der Rezeptionistin, die in allen Belangen sehr hilfreich war, z.B Besorgung der Tickets für die Weiterfahrt nach Ninh Binh. Maximal für einen Aufenthalt von 1-2 Tagen geeignet.

sofort upgade auf vip-zimmer bekommen
Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber, Service funktioniert, Frühstück eigentlich nur für Chinesen ausgelegt dafür sehr reichhaltig
