villa is in the middle. quite far from singkawang town but it's nice if you want to have a relax environment. they were burning something when we reach there and it's bad. living room doesn't have aircon. one of the 3 aircon would trip if we turn them on at once, we tell the staff but they couldn't solve the problem. but there is a pretty small garden and a basketball court.

Tried to check.in but office.is closed, called the number provided.in.website, no one answered, have to call.agoda to get a.person incharge !! On.check in, the residence.is not.cleaned.properly, floor are sticky !! Plate and spoon are.dirty and.oily, the guests have to do the housekeeping ??!! No.towel and.toiletries.provided !! Toiletries in one room.is.not.refilled.!! Power.failure everyday for almost one hours.!!!!! This is definitely.not.a.star rated residence and is worst than a bidget hotel, far away from.grand.mall and the road of the reaidence.is full.of pot holes, dont ever believe in.the ads !!!!

Like it said its affortable but really not a place i would recomment its far away from the city(of that area) we stays for 3day 2 night n there were no water for us to clean up!!! The worst thing that can happen!!no water n floor is dirty n the stuff is not approcable:( dissapointed as the raiting r quite high:(

Lokasi tidak jauh dari pusat kota Singkawang, pengalaman pribadi kira - kira sekitar 10 sampai 15 menit menuju pusat kota. Villa nya bagus, bersih, air dingin dan panas ok, di lengkapi dapur dengan fasilitasnya seperti kulkas, dispenser air minum, kompor, alat makan ( piring, sendok, gelas, dll ). Di dalam kamar full AC, di ruang keluarga kipas angin, Ruang keluarga yang di lengkapi sofa, smart tv + Indihome. Di luar ruangan terdapat taman untuk bersantai ataupun berfoto ria, serta tempat bermain untuk anak-anak. Pelayan karyawan sangat bagus dan membantu setiap pengunjung. Dan yang terpenting bagi saya pribadi, rasa nyaman yang tercipta seperti DI RUMAH SENDIRI. terimakasih GHR

Pesan dan bayar 2 minggu sebelum nginap lewat agoda...sesampai disana diberitahukan villa full dan tidak terdaftar, menunggu sia- sia 1 jam lebih pengecekan ulang dan akhirnya di refund, jika memang tidak terdaftar kenapa bisa terima uang dan mau refund?...sangat tidak professional sampai kata minta maaf juga tidak ada sekalipun. Hati-hati jika mau booking online mending cari hotel lain daripada kejadian serupa menimpa anda. Sangat kecewa
