Exceptional staff that are friendly, helpful and smiley welcomed us on arrival. The room was huge and spotless with one of the most comfortable( and VAST) beds I've ever slept in. This hotel is excellently placed about 15 mins walk from the hubbub of a beautiful, but very busy town... there's a huge amount to see and do in Hoi An, but wonderful to come back to relative calm. There's an extensive offering at breakfast, catering for multiple national tastes, with hot offerings being made fresh to order. This really is an exceptional hotel with the loveliest staff... can't fault any of it.

We stayed at the hotel for a week- magical place! Wonderful and exceptional service! All the staff are smiling, helpful and very helpful. Yu, the manager of the place is just lovely! Helping, recommending, always available. We are a family with 3 children. We took 2 rooms with a connecting door. The room is spacious, decorated and clean. The hotel has free bicycles for hotel guests. Trips, tours, tickets, taxis can be arranged through the hotel. Nice breakfast. The price is fair. There is also a nice pool but we arrived in cold and rainy weather so we didn't use it. Thank you for a wonderful and enjoyable vacation!!! The Shvartz family♥️♥️♥️

The room is quite big and the windows are able to be opened to let in fresh air . The hot water from the heater is powerful and hot . Staff are friendly and able to communicate in fluent English. They can recommend on activities to do in Hoi an and arranged for you . It’s about 15 mins walk to Hoi an night market and town .the only draw back is the variety of breakfast offered is not a lot . There’s many small restaurants nearby too . A quiet and peaceful area and convenient too .

We stayed here for 4 nights with an 8 year old and a 12 year old. 10 mins walk to the old town, 7 mins taxi to the beach, large clean rooms, good air con, nice pool and a small gym, staff were amazing especially ms Kim who gave us lots of information and helped to book some tours.

A week at The Golden Holiday Hotel in Hoi An”
Our room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The bed was softer then most in Vietnam. The hotel is not new but everything works. Staff are friendly and very responsive to any concerns and hotel prices for food and drink are reasonable. We looked forward to breakfast each morning. It was varied and tasty with ample choices. The pool was always sparkling clean and access to the complementary push bikes meant getting around Hoi An was a breeze. We would happily stay here again.

Pros: Good hospitality, Good in house Spa, Nice and friendly staff Cons: They asked you to sign a bicycle damage/lost penalty of 5,000,000 which is 5x the cost of the bike. which was not practical No fresh fruits and refresh towels on arrival. Early check in was limited to 12PM only, not before that. Cleaning during the stay was below average Food was just okay.
