The room was amazing!”
The bed was nice and comfortable, and the room was big and clean. They had a small kitchen area, and plenty of cabinets for your bags. There was a long balcony, not much of a view, but nice to sit out on. One wall is all window with curtains. They put gummy bear treats on your pillows. Wifi was excellent, and there were plenty or plugs and lighting options.

Nice but not special”
quiet, friendly staff, spacious rooms
A short stay for convenience. Quite old furnished hotel far from city center. Looked abandoned but service and staff were OK.

Excellent location and good room for the price.”
Room size, hotel location & surrounding shops
I was staying in a single non-smoking room on the 3rd floor (2 Obergeschoss) and was very pleasantly surprised by the size of the room! For a single room, the amenities included a mini kitchen (complete with a two-hotplate stove, plates, bowls, utensils, coffee machine, etc.), TV with cable channels and a sofa. The TV/sofa area was big enough for the hotel to place a coffee table. Now, the location. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk along Hanauer Landstrasse from Ostbahnhof station of the U6 train line. Running on the main street a minute's walk away, is tram line 11 which goes straight into the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) or into the main city area. Tram 11 also passes-by Dom/Romer which is one of the must-sees of Frankfurt. The hotel's surroundings are quite peaceful as the windows to all rooms do not open up to the main street (Hanauer Landstrasse) but open up to either Launhardtstrasse or Ferdinand-Happ-Strasse which are smaller roads with much fewer cars. The only drawback is the train line that passes behind the hotel; freight and domestic trains frequently pass by and so might make a little bit of noise. It is, however, very bearable. There is a supermarket (Scheck-in Centre) a mere 200 metres away from the hotel doors. The hotel provides free wifi, but it is not lightning-quick and using VPN on your device is restricted unless you purchase their business internet plan at 9 Euro for 24-hour access. Overall, my stay there was wonderful and I would stay there again if I ever return to Frankfurt.

Too warm hotel drops the comfort”
Close to public transport, large hotel room with small kitchen inside and friendly staff
I became Ill there because it was so warm inside that I had to have the window open all time also in night, but it was cold windy outside, so I got ill because of the warm and cold same time. Hotel seem to be unable to cool down even though it is colder outside. Apart from that the room was large and there was a small kithcen. That was nice. Hotel staff are nice.

If you want working internet than dont stay here”
Mini bar, room cleanliness, and security box option
There were not any major issues with this hotel other than wifi not working. The wifi situation is that this hotel has contracted out the service to a third party. The hotel sets up your account with your room info (you use this for the paid for service/ and the free service) but if you have any issues than you have to contact a technical hotline. Basically I couldnt get it to work when I really was in need and instead of helping me with this issue I was directed to a hotline. That has to be the worst way to run a business. Someone does not stay at a hotel to spend an hour on the phone trouble shooting wifi. Going nearby for wifi wasnt an option because the location of the hotel is near the industrial district. The next issue was the housekeeping service. Every morning I was promptly woken up at 0830 and then again at 1030. Check out time is 1200. There was no do not disturb sign so what am I to do other than bolt for the door half naked to prevent her from coming in both times. Lastly in a final slap to the face the receptionist that I checked out with fumbled with my credit card for 10 minutes saying it wasnt working until it finally did go through. There is a phone at the front desk out on the counter (I guess this is for internal calls only?? even though we used it for a local phone call the night prior) that we wanted to use to make a quick local call. The receptionist said he could not allow us and directed us to use a internet cafe 15 minutes away.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was very nice, and it was surprisingly cheap for the quality.

lovely hotel with large room and good amenities”
large clean room, great staff and close to public transport
after a speedy check in i went to my room and was surprised to see how large a single room was. the receptionist was very helpful when it came to connecting to the hotels wifi [even coming up to my room to explain the sign in procedure]. The hotel provided complimentary tea, coffee and fruit 24/7 which was definitely a bonus.

Big Room, Professional Staff, Good Window view with the balcony
The environment is quiet except sometimes when the trains pass by. The Balcony is also good for seeing the sunset.
