Worst hotel in Myanmar
We have been in almost 15 low cost hotels in our trip to Myanmar, but this is clearly the worst of all them. The only positive is the breakfast, not sublime, but decent. The rest is awful. I think this is not an hotel, this is a travel agency with a refugee for his clients. They will push you to buy their expensive trekkings and tours all the time, from the first minute. Rooms are tiny, only one bed and 40 cm to leave your things. Not enough space in room and they don't have a common space to socialise. The staff is nice except for Lily and her sister, that are rude and unhelpfully. For instance, when we ask for the non-working wifi they said "try in the night, not my problem" and when we ask to leave our luggage after check out, she said "you have to go and take your things, we have no space for your backpack" and when we replied for the bad answer she just said "my hotel, my rules". So assume you will not have wifi and can't leave your luggage.

You get what you pay for
The beds were comfortable and clean, the bathrooms had hot water and the breakfast is good. It's a bit grotty and there's only 2 toilets that don't really work but it's what I expected for the price.

Good if booked at a low rate
You get What you pay for ( provided you book through ahonda at a low prive) The bathrooms are dirty. The owner can be pretty rude. However, the trekking is good.

cheap place, but could need some renovation
Cheap place to stay, but don't expect too much ;) Small rooms, only one of the 2 showers on our floor worked, thin walls. Breakfast with coffee, tea, pancakes and fruits included. You can also book a trekking trip with the brother of the owner, but we booked at another agency.

Awful place
Booked a standard room, but put in an economy room. Mentioned it to the owner and in a surprised manner she asked if I'd like to change room. This could be an honest mistake, but from speaking to others I expert it wasn't. The standard room was ok, but a bit grotty, but the bathroom was falling to pieces. The shower was cold, and it had a resident cockroach. I couldn't get a wifi signal in my room. Tried to connect in the in area but couldn't. I was told that "sometimes it doesn't work". The people that own the place are miserable unfriendly people. I would not recommend this place!

Worst bathrooms ever
Can't even begin to describe how atrocious the bathrooms are, to the point of not even wanting to use them. Cracked, filthy, unflushable. A nightmare. The whole place is in serious disrepair, Wi-fi doesn't work, bed was dirty, but it is cheap. Trek info they gave us was a lot more expensive than elsewhere so pays to book elsewhere.

Value for a cheap stay
Very cheap, bed sheets were clean but the rooms are old and the building needs love, but it is fine for a night or two. We used the shared shower and toilet which is fine, just wear flip flops as its not the cleanest of bathrooms but its not the worst either; the shower is hot and powerful. Good WiFi.

Value for money
The hotel is very cheap, thus facilities are very basic. During our stay, most of the time there were no water (neither cold, nor hot) in the private bathroom, thus had to use shared bathrooms. You get what you pay for.

This could be a nice place, yet the owners are really aweful and the hostel is a real dump. The showers only give boiling hot water, the toilets are a disgrace.
