Nice, quiet place”

Room big and clean although they have some small ants problem but it wasn’t an issue for us just make sure to not leave any food outside. Nice big fridge in the room, shower head with different modes which was nice. Staff although didnt speak English was always smiling and very polite. The bicycle rental place is just around the corner and Chiang Saen is a perfect place for bicycle ride.

I really liked this place. It seems like it's quite new with spacious rooms for a really good price. The staff is really helpful and friendly even if they don't speak much english. The location is close to the Mekong river and there some nice places to eat nearby. The hotel breakfast was good and traditionell Thai. Love it!

Newish and large rooms”

It' was good place to stay. Down a lane way so off the main road made it nice and quiet for sleeping. It's a funny place, new looking with huge rooms. Unusual to have big bare book cases in each room. Not enough spower points in rooms but this was fixed by owner providing a power board. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived due to some miscommunication but this was fixed within minutes and with several apologies. Delightful staff who were keen to please. Close to the river and great eating places.

Simple, clean and friendly”

we only stayed one night, which is enough to explore the Chiang Saen attractions. The hotel is perfectly ok. It is simple and Clean. Staff is friendly but do not speak English. Breakfast is ok with a plate of fried eggs and sausages. Coffe, tea and toast is also avialable.

Good service, great location and well care. ”

The hotel has been renovated and the room looks great with all the good amenities and bath robes. Feel comfortable and complimentary snacks and refreshments. The pool is good and feel relax with the friendly and good service staff.

A quiet of out of the way hotel ”

So I think this is a new hotel, because no taxi could ever find it. We ended up renting a moto so we get around and not rely on taxis. The hotel did offer us bicycles to use if we wanted. The internet works in the lobby, but not the back room where we were staying. The first room we checked into had a leaking toilet, so they immediately moved us next door. I'm pretty sure we were the only guests in the entire hotel for 3 days. Only one of their staff spoke English and she wasn't there often. But it was good value for your money!

A budget hotel”

The staff here cannot speak English, even basic English. It seems to fit local Thai residence people to live. The hotel staff without English skill. Need deeply improvement.

À mon arrivée cet hôtel OYO m'informe qu'il ne travaille pas avec Agoda et qu'il n'accepte pas les réservations faites sur Agoda (promo 10€ la chambre sur Agoda). Le prix demandé par l'hôtel pour la nuit 18€ (650 THB) est le double du prix Agoda. Je refuse la chambre et ma CB est débitée par l'hôtel Oyo du prix mentionné et réservé (386 THB) par Agoda. C'est une honte et une pure arnaque de la part de l'hôtel Oyo, mais alors pourquoi Agoda propose et accepte les réservations pour cet hôtel avec paiement directement à l'hôtel quand cet hôtel refuse catégoriquement les réservations faites sur Agoda avec carte bancaire ? J'ai déposé réclamation auprès d'AGODA qui devra procéder au remboursement de ma CB prelevée indûment par l'hôtel pour non présentation alors que ma réservation au prix Agoda était refusée

Très décevant”

Hôtel pour une nuit d'étape si vous êtes sur la route, mais ne comptez pas sur l'aide du personnel, personne ne parle un mot d'anglais. Service minimum, chambre humide, petit déjeuner pas terrible... Pour le prix payé on a vu mieux en Thaïlande.

Bon pied à terre pour Chiang Saen”

Situé dans une petite rue au calme, près de la rivière, le golden nakara est un hôtel sans attrait particulier mais il rempli bien sa fonction, les chambres sont propres, le lit est bien confortable (j'ai bien dormi !), pas grand chose à redire de plus, petit dej standard, grand parking, pour un prix tout à fait raisonnable.

夜食はメコン河畔の屋台街まで徒歩10分 バスターミナルからだと徒歩で20分程度、必需品はバスターミナル近傍にあるので、その意味で独自の足がないとつらいロケーション。 外国人も利用しているが、外国人慣れしていなく、（英語での）微妙なコミュニケーションは難しい レンタルバイクの旅などであれば、必要最低限のサービスは得られるので、コスパ的に文句はない

新しくて綺麗だが、運営は素人チック”

　1泊税込み2500円で4泊した。新築っぽくて、清潔で、ちょっとおしゃれで、広々としたホテルで、下記の問題点もあるが、価格からして及第点。 　ダウンタウンのメーンストリートからスーツケースを引っ張っても徒歩圏内。リバービューではないが、メコン川沿いの大通りから100メートルほど入っただけ。川沿いにはレストランや屋台多数。ダウンタウンまで出れば、セブンイレブンあり。ママチャリ無料。いったん断っておけば、駐車場のチャリをいつでも自由に乗り回していいみたい。 　ロビー、部屋、バストイレなどあらゆる空間がゆったりと造られ、部屋は10畳はあると思う。エアコン、冷蔵庫、テレビのほか、化粧台、洋服タンス、ソファーまであった。wifi迅速。シャワー良好。ルームメーク丁寧。 　最大の問題点は、英語がほとんど通じないこと。ロビーの英語表記は[wifi free]だけ。他には何の貼り紙も注意書きもない(インテリアとしてはシンプルでいいけど)。川沿いの案内看板はタイ語のみ。スーツケースを引っ張りながら場所を探す外国人の身にもなってほしい。ロビーの飲料販売の冷蔵庫に貼られた価格表もタイ語のみ。テレビのチャンネルはすごく多いが、すべてタイ語放送という徹底ぶり。交通事情の質問、現地ツアーの相談、あっせんなど望むべくもない。 　私は、ついに最後までチェックアウトと朝食の時間を知らされないままだったが、まあ大きな問題はなかった。しかし、相談事やトラブルが生じたら、すごく不便だろう。 　朝食は残念ながら固定メニューで、連泊すると飽きる。目玉焼き&ソーセージ、チキンのお粥、トースト、インスタントコーヒー。ただ、味は悪くない。特にお粥。 　客が少ないこともあり(最終日は私のみ?)、スタッフの仕事ぶりも緩ーい感じで、その最終日の朝食では、調理係のお姉さん(唯一、片言の英語を使う)が出勤してくるまで30分待たされた。お粥も出てこなかった。まあ、憎めない人たちなんだが。そう言えば、チェックインではパスポートすら求められなかった。 　それから、近所の飼い犬たちが旅行者に慣れておらず、複数で寄ってきては吠える(鎖でつなぐ習慣がない)。咬まれはしなかったが、かなり不愉快。スタッフは、客の安全が気にならないのだろうか。 　以上、ホテル運営素人のノリで、あんたら観光地で本気でホテル業を営む気ある?と聞きたくなる問題点もないことはないが、価格からして及第点ということを繰り返しておく。ただ、3000円なら泊まらない。

ที่พักสวย สะอาด ห้องสะอาด มีสบู่ แชมพู ให้ ผ้าเช็ดตัว แอร์เย็นสบาย ห้องกว้าง แต่อยู่ในซอยหน่อยนะค่ะ ถ้ามีรถส่วนตัวก็ไม่มีปัญหา มีที่จอดรถให้ด้วย พนักงานบริการดี ชอบค่ะ
