Simply the best Homestay in Hoian”
I loved everything about Calm House: the value for money, the location, the cleanliness, the facilities and especially the lovely owner. Rosy is all around a wonderful woman and a warm hostess. The homestay is a simple and elegant with its own quirks. Thanks to its perfect location, you can just walk or borrow one if Rosy’s bicycles to ride to the Old Town which is just 1km away. On Sundays, you could join a pizza making workshop hosted by Rosy and her partner and enjoy your pizza with a cold beer while enjoy the view of the green rice field. An icing on the cake is Calm House’s program where anyone can exchange plastic waste for pizza. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Calm House. I recommended it to a few friends and will definitely come back.

Best hotel in town”
The hotel gave me very good impressions from the very first day when i had to check in late and the owner gave me the best support . It's located near the heart of Hoi An, not too far from Hoi An market. The room is very clean since wearing shoes inside is not allowed and it has a balcony which you can have a good view of the city. The owner is very friendly and helpful . She also gave a lot of good recommendations to facilitate our trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a good stay in this beautiful ancient town.

Best accomodation of my whole vacation!!”
The staff (Rosy and Thuy #1, Thuy #2 and Lieu) where wonderful and kind. They even shared their simple lunch with us! Breakfast was also fresh and simple. Other services that they did for us included bookings for a local show and our flight tickets back to Hanoi. They went above and beyond what can be expected. I got a ride to an ATM when one wasn't nearby and they got us soup (also known as Pho) that Rosy recommended when we came back tired and starving from walking around town. Rosy made a simple dish of okra for us when we told her we craved it. Don't forget to cool off in their refreshing pool. The view from our rooms (wonderful sunrises and sunsets), the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff makes Calm House worth coming to Vietnam for. I would definitely stay with them again. WE LOVE YOU CALM HOUSE!!!

inconvenient location”
upon arrival,I was surprised that the villa is locked.Luckily I have the local simcard ,after I called the owner then only I realised its at a different location! I've requested a particular room but the staff actually prepared another room with different design. U have to walk for more than 15-20mins to reach the old town which is abit far for a small town like Hoi An,and it's really troublesome during the rainy season!

Safe and serenity ”
I opted for a dorm stay, meeting friendly travels. The hosts are exceptional. Rosy is a gem and her staff are welcoming. It is in proximity to the markets, restaurants, tailors, and old town. The pool was relaxing but the pool facility is in progress. I will definitely stay here again when visiting.

Calm House lives upto it's name. A good place to stay, if you're in Hoi an. It's perfectly placed at a distance which is not too close to the market (crowd/noise) and not far as well. The sights are easily accessible. Everything was amazing about this place.

Personnel agréable , douche et lit propre Le hic à 20€/nuit , bouteille d'eaux payantes .... Et j'ai eu le droit chaque matin à 8h De la fumée et son odeur dans ma chambre car les voisins ou eux même faisaient brulé quelque chose j'ai dû mettre un masque pendant ce temps ....
