Cosy hotel in convenient location”
Deluxe Suite room is quite nice and clean - not large but not too small either. Beds are comfortable. Air-cond and water heater work fine. Strong shower and tap. Electric kettle and mugs provided on request. Iron and board available in common area. Parking is easy and plentiful. Very satisfied. What would have made it perfect is if it had a mini fridge and wall clothing hooks. Those who get second floor rooms face quite a climb up the steep and narrow stairs.

My room was clean and welcoming. The last time I was there which was last year, 2016 November, there was no Kiblat sign. Now, they have put up the sign and I'm so happy about it. I slept like a baby. My wish list is to provide floor slippers as the floor tend to be cold during the night. Since the room I stayed was a single room, then one pair would do. I would like to praise the hotel staff for their pleasant personality and willingness to help travellers like me. I will be going back to Kuala Kangsar soon and this is the hotel I will book again. This is my favorite hotel in Kuala Kangsar. Thumbs ups to the hotel and the hotel staff! :D

The room I stayed in was clean. The only thing is there is no indication like an arrow where the Kaaba is so I have to use my device to find it. It would be helpful to muslim travellers if there is an indication of the direction of the Kaaba. I accidentally left my prayer garment called telekung in the room I stayed. I called the front desk, was not so helpful. I never get my telekung back. So sad but overall, the hotel is nice to stay and the wifi is good. Thumbs up!

hotel claim "not our fault is the Tenaga Nasional service down"”
"simply want to push away their responsibility. definitely not our fault to make complaint and seek for better arrangement from hotel" upon check in the hotel no electric supply on the other day during 8am-12pm and hotel acknowledge about it. stick a small notice a4 size paper on the main glass door with font size 12-14. how we gonna alert on it. even such incidents hotel not given special rate on it. and never stated clearly with customer, if we agree on it then we dont put a blame since we alert that. after check out that day i did complaint to Hq and they just say sorry and give me 10percent discount on next trip. they never stand on customer size. this company is more on profit oriented rather than customer oriented which hotel or all servicing company should have this type of protocol.
