Hats off the the whole team from this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They surprised our son with a card and a birthday cake on arrival. The Splash Zone and the pool was definitely smtg we looked forward to daily during our 4 days stay here. The breakfast spread was delicious and they even had a kids corner for the breakfast. Kak Julina at the bar was so friendly and was very attentive to us. Every single staff during the breakfast buffet had a welcoming smile on their faces despite being the busiest.. Impressive!!! The room and the whole hotel smelled so good even my 3 year old noticed that detail. Thank you to Mr Clown and Miss Clown for the balloons you gave the kids.
