It looks old but being well equipped enough for an overnight stay. Staff is super friendly and warm welcome. Tho some noise during working hours but going quiet after late night. Breakfast is included in room fee.

I chose a smoke free room, but the secondhand smoke was everywhere. I could smell it in the corridor and in my own room. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you hate the smell of secondhand smoke. Otherwise everything else was fine. Staffs were friendly too.

This is more like a love motel. Very old and air conditioning is poor. I end up leaving moving out the property after staying there 15 minutes.

Excellent Location”
The hotel is situated extremely near to the train station which is one of the busiest area in Hsinchu. The hotel room is of good size. There are fridge, water cooler/boiler, safe and all toiletries. I paid only about sgd 30 and it includes breakfast, extremely value for money. The only 2 cons I can think of is that the wifi is rather unstable, and the room can only be checked in after 5 pm. However, I arrived at 4.15pm, the staff allowed me to check--in. I would recommended this hotel.

Good decision to book on this hotel. Very close to Hsinchu train station and accessible to malls, restaurants and supermarkets. We got the value for our money! Breakfast served is Taiwan authentic food as well.

Great stay, its walkable distance from the rail station (2-3 mins walk), staff are friend- introduce meal locations around the area. It close to hsinchu city zoo (a must go)

Great value, super staff, excellent location and breakfast, love hotel”
This hotel is cheap (even for a "superior double") and just a short walk from the train station. We arrived early and we not allowed to check in until 5 pm but the nice staff allowed us to leave our bags and let us have free coffee, which is available 24 hours in the lobby. When I say the staff were nice I mean they were totally ridiculously nice and helpful and friendly! They also provided us with a map and walking directions. The room décor is pretty hilarious: ours had a satin bed spread and a bizarre school bus theme mural. And the room came with freebies like--two condoms! This is totally a love motel, which should be pretty obvious because they offer 3 hour rest breaks (explaining the late check in time). But don't let that stop you, since the room itself is fine, with a decent bed and a hot shower. The towels weren't the newest and there were a few tumbleweeds of hair that on the floor that didn't come from our heads, but it wasn't too skanky all things considered. Anyway, they have free WiFi and breakfast was outstanding---there were so many options! Breakfast was like going to a buffet restaurant, so tasty and nutritious with lots of savory choices. Really quite a great value for the low price and convenient location. And hey, maybe you could get into the love motel mood, wink wink.

Clean and well decorated love hotel. Only stay for a night as I explore Hsinchu area. While checking-in in the evening, saw couples checking out. As I walk along the corridor, I can hear hanky panky outside the room. Condoms are be found in the room too. Might not suit family with kids

Very cheap. Excellent location, 2 mins walk from Hsinchu railway station. Room cannot be smaller, doesn't have space to open luggage. Facilities and decoration very old. The hotel is also available for hourly rent, mixed use.

As a Taiwan residence who have live in Hdinchu for about one year , I always introducey friends and relatives to stay here. This is a convenient place to stay though this is not a luxury hotel. But I think the check-in time is too late. I think they should change the check-in time from 5 pm to at least 2 pm.

I have stayed there many times and the property is getting really tired. Will probably find another hotel to stay next time when I go to Hsinchu even though the location is really convenient. I had to top up money at the hotel to get a better room as the one assigned feels really damp inside.
