Just Perfect.”
I highly recommend this hotel for their out standing service and hospitality and value for money. Their staff was really helpful and very nice. We came in late at night and while they are processing your cheek in requirements they offer us a complimentary snack with their native delicacies and a welcome drink.(delicious BTW). When the manager showed us our room it was huge, clean and very comfortable and very quiet. I really like that they put local snacks everyday( dried taro and banana chips) for you to enjoy. The bathroom was also huge, clean and very well designed with complete toiletries and with my favorite, local body scrub that I used almost everyday. Their pool was so refreshing, perfect after a long and tiring day from temple running. Massage that was included in the package was a blissful experience, so good that I booked for another 2hr massage the 2 days after. Food at the breakfast buffet was ok. Overall, I had a relaxed and pleasant experience with this hotel.

Fantastic hotel and staff!”
It's unfortunate that we were only there three days because we enjoyed everything about the hotel and could have stayed there longer as a base for touring the region. The building is well-designed, well-maintained, clean, air-conditioned, and has many amenities; Our room was roomy and gorgeous! The best part is that the building is tucked away from the busy town center which was about a 5 minute walk away and around the corner from another small street with many bars & restaurants. We could not say enough about the staff; They are extremely polite, hospitable, attentive and respectful to all guests. We were picked up at the airport by a young man whose name I forgot (sorry) and a driver who were both friendly. At the hotel they offered us a local snack + drink which were both yummy! The Cambodian food from their restaurant was very good. Our was large, naturally-lit, good wifi, air conditioned, had a spa-like bathroom with a rain shower and freestanding tub. Very relaxing!

Very friendly & helpful staff, we are extremely impressed by their female staff (special thanks to HONG, LEE and the ladies in the restaurant), always received greetings whenever we walk in the hotel, staff always wear smile on their face, both Cambodia and Western food in the restaurant are good, swimming pool is a place to relax when you don't want to walk under the warm weather, massages after the guest discount are even cheaper than those outside the hotel, the massage center are clean and the massages are good, we stayed there for 8 days 7 nights, during the first four days, we walked around to get restaurant and massages, we found that the hotel indeed offers the best of both, then we stayed at the hotel for the food and massages afterwards. The hotel is also very thoughtful, packed breakfast for us to see the sunrise, packed snack for us to go to the airport. The hotel is within 5 minutes walk to the Pub Street and Night Market, very convenient.

Bliss- best hotel and service ever”
Totally exceeded all expectations. Have stayed in luxury hotels before but this beats them all! The service was particularly outstanding. Thought of - and offered - everything. Nothing too much trouble. We were met from boat from Battambang (despite uncertain journey time) with a smile and a chilled coconut in the minivan then driven to welcome in reception with a cold towel and beautifully presented tray of sticky rice, fresh fruit, tea...stunning architecture, luxurious, big spotless rooms - big stone bath with twice daily room service including fresh fruit, snacks, fresh flowers. Food in restaurant wonderful- breakfast tofu scramble best ever! and dinner delicious and accompanied by Cambodian dance show. Wonderful massages in spa, beautiful pool. Had a wonderful guide visiting temples booked through the hotel-Sinet Heng. Also took the best iPhone photos! Douen Cheng at reception also provided exceptional service. We LOVED this hotel and hope to return someday. Thank you thank you!!

Extraordinarily Staff and cozy hotel”
I stayed 3 nights with my husband, mother-in-law and three-years old daughter while visiting the nearby temples the first time in Siem Reap. No dought that this hotel was just perfect. We got free rides from and to the airport which we felt very relieved for first time comers. When we arrived the hotel, we were warmly welcomed with drink, snack, and fresh fruits. Although our arrival was too early, they still let us go in the rooms. The room was super spacious, cozy, beautiful, fit the environment perfectly. My daughter was very excited about the centered pool which was very easy to access and enjoyed swimming all the time. The most importantly, all staff members, especially female staffs, were outstanding, incomparibly friendly, attentive and so kind! As parents who love traveling with a small child, their amazing hospitality and convenient accessbility was nothing but appreciation. If we come back to Siem Reap, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

This hotel is really value for money. I stay 8 night here and every night had been great. Just one thing, remember bring alot mosquito repellent and stomach ache medicine. As Siem reap have alot of mosquito and its easy to catch stomach ache due to food and water here. The hotel service is good from day 1 as they will bring you to the hotel from airport with either Lexus or Starex where they will welcome you with coconut with a cold towel of lemon grass. Then you will greeted by great hospitality by the staff when you reach to check in with great service and great room. Its a must stay in this hotel as they provide great breakfast, lunch and dinner. After dining in the top 20 restaurant in Siem Reap according to Tripadvisor, Golden temple retreat food certainly rank on top 3 in my list. Hence I go back for lunch most of time after tasting food outside. The breakfast is not that great but the ala carte local khmer food is the one to die for.

Dear Golden Temple, I would like to convey my heartfelt gratitude to your staff and Mr Chen, Mr Chen is the one that takes care of us and catered for all my special request. We were greeted at the airport promptly by him and within a few minutes a Beautiful car which apparently was only used to fetch VVIP. We were given wet towels and Cold Coconut to calm down the heat. Upon arrival, we were given some drinks and local foods while we waited for our room. I had prior informed this trip is for my Wife's 30th Birthday and told them to make it special and they exceeded the expectation. They had decorated the room with Orchid petals and greeted us with a Birthday cake, They even sang a Happy birthday song for my wife. she was so amazed by their level of service and commitment in making the guest feel like royalty. Throughout the stay everything and anything we wanted they were willing to do for us. they even gave us night chips in case we get hungry. they even printed T-shirts with Names

One of the best hotels in Cambodia”
We had the most amazing time at the Golden Temple Retreat and the service was outstanding. My son was turning 13 and I asked before we left if we could have a cake. Not only did they provide a cake but his bed was decorated in flower petals and balloons. At no charge. We were treated so well and all the staff were fantastic. The hotel was beautiful and we felt so welcome and looked after. We were given complementary food and drinks at the pool. I can not recommend this hotel enough. I will be back and highly recommend this place. What an amazing hotel to finish a fantastic 3 weeks in Cambodia.

EASILY Exceeded our expectations”
From the moment we were picked up at the airport we knew we were going to be well looked after!! Lina who accompanied us was wonderful - as were all the staff. The welcome was amazing - we felt like royalty. The stay included a massage and a discount voucher in the restaurant which we used towards the dance show dinner - this isn't our usual thing but we thought why not use our voucher towards it. It was lovely and the food was 5 star!! We are vegetarian so they made special meal (more like Dégustation!!) . The room was spotless and the bed was soooo comfortable. The location is also great - you're right next to many places to eat and it's also just a 10 minute walk to Pub Street area where you're in the middle of it all. The only thing lacking for us was a gym (we like to work out if we can so we can indulge in the food!) but saying that we did so much walking it was fine. Wonderful place to stay, we will be back to stay next time we head to Siem Reap!

Their services are extraordinary impressive. The rooms are clean and well organized with nice aroma. Something that is not satisfied: 1. Mosquitoes. It is a common problem when traveling in Cambodia. Slight nondescript entrance, that made us miss our hotel a few times, but otherwise, the staff were perfectly helpful, rooms were super huge, I loved the shower area and bathtub - it really is gorgeous and just like the photos. The bath salts were amazingly good too, I didn't get any allergic reactions from my super-sensitive skin. They were also super fast to respond, as our room had a faulty phone, they were here within 15mins to fix it really quickly! The dinner served one of the best cambodian food I had my entire tri.

Excellent service and food”
Welcome drinks and snacks are offered by the hotel. The hotel room is very clean, spacious and comfortable, though it is located in a quiet street. There is a little rooftop lounge that you can have drinks with discount in happy hour. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and worth the price, especially the lunch and dinner. There is free Apsara performance during dinner time. Their staff are very nice and helpful. Because I had lost my passport ( my handbag was snatched by somebody on motorbike so pls keep your passport in the safe ) , the hotel staff brought me to the tourist police, the embassy and the airport to make the travel document and the exit visa. Their service is so impressive and I highly recommend it to you.

Superb hotel”
Great location in a quiet street just five minutes walk from the river and my fav cafe Sister Srei. My hotel package came with a lunch, dinner and one hour massage, free transfers from bus station and airport in air cond van, with welcoming drink on route. Some of the best meals I’ve had in Siem Reap, although the restaurant is a little formal, rather than casual dining. Staff were lovely, especially welcoming. Great pool.

The Best Hotel in Siem Reap”
It was my first trip to Siem Reap and I was very fortunate to choose Golden Temple Retreat. The hotel and room are very clean. Food at the restaurant on ground floor is great. The massage on 4th floor is great. However, I am very much impressed with hotel staff named Lee Arina. She was very kind and professional. She has assisted me with everything I need from airport pick-up, transportation arrangement to Angkor Wat, preparing breakfast box early in the morning and so on. I am sure that I am coming back to Golden Temple Retreat for my next trip to Siem Reap.

The hotel provided complimentary pick-up at REPairport with us. They served welcom drink while driving to the hotel. We got refreshment enough. The receptionist was very kind and satisfied our requests. For example, complimentary dinner was changed to lunch with free drink next day. They prepared a room with decolation for our anniversary and 30 minutes massage service was free. We appreciated their hospitality.

This hotel was fantastic. It was a short walk (10 mins) to the centre of town but far enough away to seem out of the way. The staff were extremely helpful and they were always available to assist when needed. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was amazing.
