BEST SUITES FOR FAMILY VACATION”
Despite reading all the bad reviews regarding this place before the holiday, luckily we just stick with our decision to stay at this place. This place exceptional!!! From the location (Very near to Suria KLCC takes around 4-5 min walk and 10-12 min walk to Pavillion via Impiana Hotel). Tips : Tell Taxi driver Marc Service Residence instead of Golden Triangle Suites by Mondo. Staff : Thumbs up to Dhan Raj for a very excellent service and fast response always ready to help us, even though there were slight delay during check out but he being so humble and polite to us. Tips : Since the lobby only for residence make sure tell them in advance your arrival time (a day before and few hours before arrive). One of their staff will wait at the front of the building for you. This important for efficient and fast check in especially when travel with younger kids. Facilities : They have complete kitchenette, washing machine & dryer. Swimming pool also great for kids. Note : Need to deposit RM200 for key ** Smoking smell in the toilet during our check in.

‘Wrong number’”
2 days before I called the contact number that I googled ‘golden triangle suites by mondo’ twice and they said it was a wrong number. When we arrived, thank God that the person in charge was there. So we were lucky. His name is Dhanraj he was helpful. The staying was great, the location is so near to KLCC. We get the KL tower view instead of KLCC view which I’ve already requested. 6/10.

good for family”
Building is really near from petronas. 5 minutes walk only. But i got lost due to i was asking around for golden triangle hotel instead of Marc apartment. You can take lrt to klcc station, and walking to this hotel, no need to take a cab. The staff is really friendly, the room is spacious, the view is awesome too. Overall, i have a good stay in golden triangle.

Superb location”
Barring the late checkin(3pm), the initially unfriendly staff, and the undisclosed RM200 deposit, our stay at the Marc Serviced Apartments was perfect. Ours was a group of 11 adults and 1 child, so we booked 2 suites; each suite had 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, 2 bathrooms, a self-catering kitchen. The décor was mostly white, the bed fittings white, so the entire suite had a very hotel/cozy home feel to it. The suites had high ceilings, the rooms spacious, the beds wide (1 queen, 1 king). We fit perfectly, and had a great time cooking our own breakfast too. The apartment was just right across the street from PETRONAS Towers, our main attraction. The elders in our posse found this very convenient. As mentioned, the 3pm check-in was strictly adhered to, although they did allow us to lounge at the lobby and deposit our bags. I suggest that Mondo mention the deposit beforehand, and maybe accommodate early check-ins, and ask their staff to be a bit more friendly.

Luxury Feel”
The rooms provided to us were really nice fitted with clean and seemed to be new beddings. The room was very clean and well maintained. Strong wifi was present in the rooms as well as good powered air conditioning. Outside our window we could clearly see the Petronas Twin Towers as it was close by. The residence is situated in a more business/commercial district of Kuala Lumpur rather than a backpacker tourist one. Make sure to call the staff when you're nearby so that you won't have to wait for long to enter the residence as the suites themselves are only part of the residences and the office is not on the first floor. The rooms felt very secure with all the security measures required to enter the residence.

Perfect Location”
The location was wonderful. 5 minutes brisk walk to the KLCC. Security was friendly. Any assistance needed by Mondo was almost immediate. Communications with them will be via mobile calls. Master room toilet has a foul smell (the only problem), just keep the doors closed and it should be fine. Washer and Dryer available for your usage. All in all, the kiddos loved the apartment.We loved the place. Will definitely stay there in our future visits.

A minute walk to KLCC”
The apartment is call Marc Residence. Do not find for the name Golden Triangle Suites by Mondo. Definitely, you will get lost. Get ready for RM400 deposit. (RM200 for a carpark card and RM200 for a room card.) If you are driving and want to be near klcc, this is a good location to park your car and walk over to Suria KLCC. I booked the studio apartment because I needed the kitchenette and sadly, the washing machine spoilt . Tried calling the operator many times but nobody answer. There were lots of cracks on the floor, bathroom cabinet and a huge deep crack across my bedroom window. The floor we dusty and sofa unclean. I would not come back again. Alot of upgrading and improvement needed.

Great location, value for money”
We are satisfied with this service residence location as we wished to stay in the city center. It has a three minutes walking distance to KLCC and located in an awesome jln pinang road. Some little problem occurs when we were late for the check in and the management didn't book for my one bedroom studio suite accordingly. However the person in charge called Mr Omar was very nice and managed to offer me a two bedrooms suite with no additional charge which an awesome view facing Kl tower directly. We felt sufficiently compensated. Advices for travellers to book three days earlier than staying date and check in before five pm as there's no receptionist for this service residence. Room cleanliness is satisfactory and we love the interior but bose sound system is not working otherwise it would be beyond great. It would be a good choice for couples, group of friends or families who plan to stay in kl city center for a few days. It come with car parks as well but required rm400 deposit.

overall is value for money, considring the price paid and location given, this is the best choice (if you want to have some quality of stay and yet very closeby to the central). it is 2 minutes walk to KLCC, but this team is not the direct management of Marc Residence building, so you have to call them or email them and they will meet you at the lobby and bring you to the room. the reception of the buliding belongs to different management. Consider the limitation of check-in convenience, it is still a good choice hotel and value for money stay

The check in at the apartment was smooth and the staff were generally accommodating. They tried their best to accede to many of our requests, and this includes providing extra towels, placing the two rooms that we booked at the same floor, and checking us early whenever possible. On top of it, we were very fortunate to be situated at the highest floor of the suite (35th floor). The multiple swimming pool, playground and gymnasium were generally clean and well maintained. The only downside was the expensive convenience store situated within the building itself, so if you must, just purchase your daily needs at Cold Storage at KLCC. All in all, this was a great place for families and I would definitely book it again if I want a place near KLCC.

I stayed for 2 nights in Oct. and chose Mondo due to its location. Low down on this place: PLUS 1)Great location, literally right next to KLCC where you get shopping, restaurants and even the LRT 2)Excellent service. Received an email prior to check in from hotel GM, providing detailed directions to hotel and other need-to-know procedures. Even provided his mobile number. There are 3 duty managers, 2 of whom will always be available. Zahid, Omar and Hanif are extremely helpful and responsive 3)Room is very spacious. I was upgraded (free of charge) to a 2 BR when my 1 BR apt was not available during check in. Huge room with great views 4)Amenities. 2 beautiful pool, good gym and even a reading room. Also, there is a dry cleaner and convenience store if you need to stock up n essentials. 5)Value for money. The cost is a fraction of what you have to pay at the other 5 star hotels down the road, like the Mandarin Oriental, Ascott, Grand Hyatt. Down side 1)My room wifi was not working during my stay. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful, offered to change my room but I decline as I was all settled in and was too lazy to move. End up using the wifi in the Reading room to do some work Please remember that this is a serviced apartment and NOT a 5 star hotel, so if you are expecting buffet breakfast, room service, concierge, business center, then this is not the place to stay. But definitely for people who wants a nice, spacious, clean room at a great value!!! Will stay there again in the future.

Perfect 2 nights stay”
Had a very comfortable two nights stay here. The apartment is very comfortable with well-equipped facilities. I also had an awesome view of the KL Tower! The close proximity of the KLCC made it a plus point for its location and Bukit Bintang can also be reached easily by foot. The flexibility of the early check in and also the room upgrade were greatly appreciated! The stay was so good, I was actually sad that I had to leave. Thank you for the perfect stay!

Great location, check in is painful”
Great location, clean apartment with all the required amenities, wifi, TV, etc. Really can't beat the location. Was looking forward to seeing personas and jalan alor, both of which were a short walk away. What could really be improved is the check in. NOTE: the building is NOT the hotel. The golden triangle owns some apartments in Marc and so you need to call the guy to come and receive you and do their own version of check in (read: slow process!)

Eventhough this is not hotel, however the condo is really worth for many for stays around klcc. Located in between klcc and bukit bintang, the price was at a very reasonable price. The rooms are clean..

Everyone was sublimely happy”
I booked this hotel for my mother and sisters and they had so much good things to say about this place. They loved that it was a complete self catering apartment and there were many conveniences for them to utilize. It was a plus that the hotel was a short walk away from KLCC towers with plenty of food and shopping.

Home sweet home; hotel sweet hotel”
Centrally located hotel whereby KLCC probably 10mins walk only and situated in a good area where you can have a enjoyable nightlife. Great value for money. Hotel is relatively new. Except for the poor drainage in the bathroom, everything else was good.

Pleasant stay”
Was the first time in this serviced apartment. The price was very attractive and especially to location 3 minutes away from KLCC/Suria. Nice apartment, well equipped, fast WIFI. We will definitely go again if the price is attractive especially if you travel with more than 2 person. Only negative point is the hassle if you bring your car and want to park it in the garage.

travelling with a big group, this suits perfectly. Just that when it comes to amenities, don't expect so much. The staff tend to clean in the evening. Other than excellent location and our stay is great. My 2nd time staying there.
