Bad experience ”
1/ hotel car airport pick up driver asked for tip 500 RS even not get on the car! Stopped outside the aiport and allow 1 passenger get on and drop him in the city! It spent about 2 hours from airport to hotel, the cost was more than 3000 RS. Terrible experience. 2/ poor breakfast. 3/ dirty outside the hotel (under construction!) 4/ Old facility but big room.

Resonable good hotel”
The location of the hotel is good as it is within 15 mins to my customer site. There is a KFC within a short distance away for a quick meal or snack. Staffs very helpful, room is clean and tidy. However, the window in the bathroom seems not able to close fully to protect my privacy. I stayed in Level 2 and i can see the area besides the hotel. Not to forget, the breakfast served is not good and not much to choose from. Breakfast menu seems the same everyday and it was not to my liking.

Worst service and staff I've ever encountered”
I usually stay at 3-4 star hotels during my business visits. This hotel calls themselves 4 star. On the contrary even a 1-2 star hotel staff would be better. First of all they charged me a hefty ₹2500 for an early check in. On top of that, they gave me a twin room with single beds while I booked for a deluxe room with a queen bed. Moreover, the staff was so rude and impolite. To make it worst, they added mini-bar items to my bill when I'd consumed none. The hotel uses cheap ways of earning and I'd strongly urge everyone thinking against it. You're better off with the ibis nearby which is listed as a 3 star property but better in every aspect compared to this.

Its was ok.. Washrooms are not well designed.. Our room was upgraded for free to superior delux.. Room was spacious and clean.. I frankly dint like food.. Breakfast was kind of okay types.. Could have been much better..

Room service, Attentive staffs, friendly staff, Best restaurant management
I booked for my Uncles, they enjoyed a stay in Bangalore. The received very excellent service. Especially from the restaurant manager. the location is very nice, the hotel is excellent and very clean. There were no disturbance of any kind. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone who goes to Bangalore.
