Now Prime Park hotel, was Golden Tulip”
Room 706 front side room, very hot thin walls. TV screen and station very poor. Water in the bathroom is yellow/brown seems not clean. The hotel has another old hotel at the back, looks very bad. Only one chair in the room for 2 people. Not really non smoking, people covered the fire recognizer. Free airport transfer. Breakfast was reasonable for locals.

not a 4 star hotel. at best 3.5 star. nice pool but no gym or fitness center. small room but clean. coffee & tea facility in room with only empty chiller. don't expect the usual toiletries in the bathroom, only toothbrush and paste. no boxed tissue provided. however breakfast was very good with a good range of local and western choices. location near to airport but far from the city and shopping area. overall value for money.

Cleanliness is important”
The management to ensure that all rooms are cleaned properly especially under the bed. I happened to stay in a room that has trashes like empty bottle and used papers under the bed. And it was very dusty. Overall, hotel is good except the cleanliness which need to be improved.

It was very late response on check in, whether no queue. Skipped by some air crew when check in. It is about 20 minutes for confirmation while check in.

The food in the beggining is "hao ce seng cing ping" however on the last visit the western food is dissapear.

The receptionist not really welcoming when I check in and out. Although i came first but then they served another people first. They asked for deposit money but never give me any receipt as evidence. If i dont asked them to sign in a paper,they wont give me anything. I keep repeating my request but end up i received no explaination. I dont wish to come back

ketidakpuasan yang saya rasakan saat menggunakan hotel ini adalah : 1.layanan chek in tdk tanggap cepat ketika ada masalah di sistem mereka.akhirnya lama menunggu supaya bisa chek in.(hampir 1 jam). 2.permintaan kamar tidak sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan.minta kamar paling atas yg diberikan kamar lantai 3. 3.karyawannya pun kurang hangat.jadi merasa kurang nyaman. 4.saat check in minta uang jaminan 200 ribu.(baru kali ini nginap dihotel ada uang jaminannya) sangat tidak puas dengan hotel ini.itu sebabnya tidak direkomensasikan ke teman2 saya.

Fasilitas yang menyenangkan”
Sewaktu check in pada pukul 2pm disaat itu kamar belum tersedia untuk saya yang memesan 3 kamar Queen Single padahal jam itu sudah waktunya untuk check in dengan alasan kamar penuh dan waktu di butuhkan dalam menunggu untuk membersihkan kamar 40menit per tiap kamarnya. Saya di berikan kamar yang tersedia itu jarak 10menit lebih hingga sampai saya dapatkan kunci untuk 3 kamar dengan menunggu 30menit lebih. Mereka lebih mementingkan kamar tamu coorporate dari sebuah maskapai yang meninap dengan mendahulukan kamarnya ketimbang saya yang check in dahulu. Kondisi kamar bagus, tidur nyaman, sarapan variasinya banyak (apa kebetulan saat 1st Anniversary), kolam renang bersih dengan staf kolam renang ramah, room service juga ramah saat saya pinjam sarung dan sajadah, parkir luas.

Tanggal 22 Juli 2017, manajemen dan karyawan Golden Tulip Essential Hotel Airport Pekanbaru memberikan kejutan berupa kue ulang tahun untuk ponakan saya yang pada hari itu menginap di salah satu kamar hotel bersama orang tuanya. Adik saya yang merupakan orang tua dari ponakan saya tersebut, kebetulan juga sedang memperingati hari ulang tahun pernikahannya yang ke-10. Saya dan adik saya memang sering menginap saat liburan atau cuti. Alangkah bahagianya ponakan saya dapat kejutan kue ultah dari pihak hotel. Terima kasih Golden Tulip Hotel Pekanbaru..
