Excellent experience”
We had a really great time staying here. Rooms are clean and facilities are complete. Location is good too, quite near to the airport and also near to the seminyak area. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Best thing we love about this hotel is that Grabcar & Go car are allowed to pick us up in the lobby unlike some other hotels which doesnt allow online taxis to come in because they have their own rental cars. Shuttle is available too which is great if you want to go to Kuta area. Would come back here another time!

Nice hotel and strategies ”
Short business trip to Bali and booking via Agoda. I was amazed by their hospitality. Front desk lady was nice. Bell boy also. Room was so nice and I sleep really good. I like with their rule by not smoking in the room. I always hate when enter the room and you can smell the tobaccos. Room was big and a lot of space. Bathroom a bit small but enough for me. Breakfast also have a lot of variety. From Indonesian food until European food. For people with own transport, you don’t need to be worried for parking space. The security guy also very helpful.

The room is clean and spacious (a pool view). Although there were some mosquitoes (well, it's Bali afterall), my stay was quite enjoyable. The staffs are attentive and helpful. This the place to rest after a busy tour schedule. The breakfast was great! I am coming back soon.

Wonderful customer service ”
We can to cut our holiday short which meant we missed out on staying here. Previous to this though, there customer service was wonderful in helping with my enquires with my daughter's stay. I asked them if I could give my nights stay to my drivers family to use instead since I had to rush back to Australia. They allowed this and my drivers family had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

I must take my hat off to the guys down at The Golden Tulip. Lead by Indra, our minor concerns were dealt with superbly. I only had the pleasure of dealing with a handful of the staff members but I must give HUGE credit to Indra, Chandra, Pande, Herry, Krisna, Antama & beautiful Bella. I cannot commend them enough. Surprisely we've got upgraded to suite pool view room that have spacious room with living room & balcony. The location is very strategic to going everywhere like airport, bali galeria mall, kuta beach, seminyak etc. So love the ambience of this hotel.

Great hotel with family friendly facilities such as the kids club & kids pool. They also have spa & gym. The use of pool bar has its time..otherwise you have to order drinks/cocktails from the restaurant inside. The buffet breakfast has variety of food served everyday. The resort has nice and relaxing surroundings but the location is right infront of the main road. If you need to go to the shopping malls (Kuta beach mall, discovery mall) you need to order a taxi which will cost you $2-$3 AUD one way. The hotel also provides free shuttle to Kuta beach but the scheduled times are only 11am and 4pm. Overall, we had a great 1 week stay in this hotel. The staff are really nice and friendly.

This hotel had good location near to Bandara, Kuta and every places because at the main street....the view is beautiful, and the breakfast are various of food and the taste is okay. Will be back to this hotel next time when we holiday in Bali.

Peaceful hotel in the middle of busy road”
Spacious room even for standard type. Big comfy bed and pillows, sheets smell nice. Clean and tidy room. What I like, they have carpets beside the bed. The bedroom has 2 type of view, pool view a lot better. Big pool, with pool bar with talkative bartender. They serve healthy fresh combo fruit juice. Full facilities of gym equipment with personal trainer stand by. Many varian menu of breakfast, traditional Indonesian, continental, Indian, fruit, waffle, any kind of yogurt, cakes, etc. And all taste delicious. Nice staff, very talkative, helpful and polite. Got a new second home back to Bali. Absolutely gonna stay again.
