I stayed for 10 nights whilst working and was looked after well enough to be comfortable. It was convenient for work, and was the only recognisable brand I could find. Had there been more choice and better locations, my view might have been different, because the hotel is a strange mix of good and average. The rooms are well furnished and the staff are helpful, however, the aircon is very variable and sometimes there is no hot water. The internet was also somewhat unreliable. I ate breakfast in the restaurant every morning and super every evening... however, I hardly saw another soul in there. I suspect I was the only customer some days. There is no bar or alcohol at all. The hotel grounds are well kept and there is a nice swimming pool, however, the location in Chattarpur is a mix of these hotels with grand entrances and pretty grounds and builders merchants selling marble or other materials. The locality is both affluent and run down all in the same place...

1) It’s too far from the city and its amenities. No public transport, no local restaurants and malls around. So don’t be fooled by the hotel rates ( if you found them cheap) as there will be incrementals by your moving around in a taxi and the food ( Which is way damn expensive with poor quality- and no alternatives around) 2) Staff – Arrogance is the base attitude for almost all. Sometimes I felt I am in a government tourist home and I stay for free at their mercy. My flight was a very late one and I landed up like 1 AM at the hotel. I can understand that I was late…but imagine no one at reception… after knocks someone came and filled forms, handed over the keys and pointed the direction of my room! No bell one to help with my luggage even!!!! I doubt their awareness of hotel rules and policies as well, I asked for an internet connection- which is complimentary for almost all hotels in world now…1st person said it will cost me INR 500 – which I found expensive and don’t used for 1st 2 days. 3rd day since I was in an emergency I asked for it and another person said it is complimentary and why I didn’t availed it!! 3) Very small rooms..stinky too ..dirty carpets on corridors… bathroom was always wet with some leakage. TV channels are with very limited choice. AC vents face your head…so tough to get a sound sleep. 4) Pool was closed due to some maintenance and I never seen a GYM in my life of that small…. Almost at the size of a washroom!

Wedding hotel”
Room was adequate and cosy .Clean and comfortable room
This is a wedding and event hotel .Lots of events and weddings happen here so if that's your purpose it is a decent hotel to stay otherwise quite far from city .The hotel also lacks a decent flow of internet and wifi and the breakfast spread is just average .Rooms are however quite well kept and cosy

“Nice new hotel in the south of Delhi””
“Nice new hotel in the south of Delhi”
Spent 2 nights here in Feb 2012 together with 2 other couples (3 double rooms in total) and we were all pleased with this hotel. Our room were all of a nice size and with good modern facilities. Downside : on one night the hotel hosted a wedding at the poolside, which is where out hotel faced..these events begin around 9pm and can go on until 2am, luckily we had earplugs. No wifi available but they did let me use a desktop next to reception free of charge.

new, good exterior, operation side very indian”
clean, new
the hotel is very far from any where, transportation by the hotel is local car owner, with various levels of cars. the hotel looks like good but the little details (smell, exaggerated encens in the lobby, bathroom doors wrongly installed, air conditioner directly on the bed...) that kills the experience. Don't go if you don't have to. what ever happens-don't try the tiramisu
