Don’t expect a huge smile while walking into the door. Coz it’s not how it works here as people are tired working hard. However, if you need anything, just ask and there is always someone to help you. I believe this is what is needed and expected as a hotel guest. I am very satisfied and I would say this is one of the nicest hotels in Deira neighborhood that gives out rooms for a reasonable price and all the facilities one would expect.
