They are really really good The customer service department has been great and patient Especially the cleaning ladis here Is wonderful and very helpful. They have always tried to do the best to help the customer The place is really really clean. I really do enjoy to stay here I said certainly will tell my friends about this place is really great. Their attitudes are really really good, gentle and nice I really do think they should pay the cleaning ladies much more salaries The ladies have been helped many customers to use the cards or cell phone to get into the rooms. Everything was so so good. Smooth check in. Easy to find location. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Bed was comfortable. The only small issue was the WiFi connection was unstable or not working. I’d recommend to stay at this hotel.

Renovate on the outside , the self-check in desk are very cool, on the corridor and room’s door that face the outside looks nice new. But when u open it door and look into your room, lots of disappointment.Facility in the room are old and lack of cleanness.Same as the toilet and bathtub. Can’t take your bath as u like because you need to wait for the hot water about 30 min . Yea, cockroach party too in the room. Well not recommended , feel like been cheated looks all nice from the outside but not the inside .

There was a horrible smell upon entering the room. Cleaness is a minimum, but they failed that. In addition, the design and features of the room and bathroom made NO logical sense.

It’s an incomplete hotel that doesn’t have the infrastructure to take in guests quickly, total joke shuffling papers around in the managers office dying to hit the bed, had to wait 15 mins. Taiwan is a horrible place for the money in general. Homeless outside begging me for money...

Overall thats good. We had a local chinese buffet breakfast in the morning. But the breakfast is available from 7am-9am. I think that would be better if the breakfast time is valid till 10am. Coz most of the shops and shopping center in taoyuan are open at 11am. We would like to have a long and good rest, but not wake up in the early morning for the breakfast at 8.30am and spend our time on the tv in the room. But anyway, the quad room is big. Internet speed is fast. Good value of money.

the room that i stayed in was minimal. no windows, bed, television, toilet. porn on tv, don't recommend for families. reception was friendly though. 30 mins walk to night market, 5-10 min walk from train station. traffic in taoyuan is mad, don't bother walking, treacherous terrain with lots of cars driving too close for comfort.

An alright hotel near the Taoyuan Station”
The hotel is located on the higher floor of a 12-storey commercial building. Only stayed here for a night, before going to Taipei. This hotel is fine if you are only staying for a day or two. It is near to Taoyuan Station, though it would not make any difference to you unless you are using the TRA railway, TaiTie. It is rather far if you are coming here via High Speed Railway Taoyuan Station. The staff are, although not super friendly as compared to the other hotels in Taiwan, but at least they are helpful.
