Acceptable
We only stayed 1 night. Pick up at 1.45 am worked well. I asked 2 times for a quiet room but for nothing..not the fault of the reception guy at night time. Room itsself : Ok.

Poor Staff Attitude and Service
I have communicated with the hotel staff that i would like to have a free shuttle from airport to Hotel, however, i've been waited at airport for half and hour, keep calling to hotel, NO ONE ANSWER MY CALL. I decided to take taxi to the hotel. Once i arrived hotel, i saw a lady staff was playing her handphone at the sofa,and no one at reception. I complaint to her that no one pick me up at airport. She said there's no electricity supply at that moment so the phone system is down and she cannot give me a call and driver is still waiting at airport. I cannot accept her excuse that she and the driver hp are out of credit and could not give me a call. I request her to give me hotel manager contact no because i dont want waste my time to argue with the lady because she still felt she is right. Dear Management, I understand the area is always have electricity supply issue, but please improve your back up plan. Please improve your staff service quality too! Thank you!

Great!
Close to restaurants, airport, laundry service and shops. Room is enough large and clean. Airport pick up service is available for free but we were wait for an hour and had to find the hotel car. Nobody has a name board or waits in front of the gate.

Management should provide notices to inform occupants on the necessity to inform front desk if room cleaning is required. I was of the impression that it will come automatically since there is no "cardboard" to hang on the door knobs. Was only made known that it has to be required from the front desk after making enquiries.
